Pretty Good Stuff
I have bought many pairs of frames and special lenses. They have always been perfect. I cannot complain. Frames are not Italian made quality so adjust your expectations. They are Chinese made but of reasonable quality, hence the price. The lenses are what is important and theirs are fine and well priced. Pro tip - pay the extra speed delivery option. I did not at first and being in Africa, stuff gets messed up, so pony up for the DHL or whatever.
Excellent service, fantastic quality glasses
I am so pleased, I bought 2 pairs (I decided I needed a spare pair as I had cracked the lens in my current specs). The frames are excellent quality, no issues with the lens, perfect vision and the service was brilliant. I inadvertently sent the wrong prescription initially, but contacted them, no problem correct prescription used when the glasses arrived. Delivery was much quicker than I thought too. Brilliant.
They cheat you with very advanced way
They cheat you with very advanced way. You dan fill all necessary information about your glasses but when you place an oder it automatically converts it for just plain plastic lenses and write it to the order. The price will keep with you original oder so you will pay for rubbish. When I trie to do reklamation they just answer that you got what you have ordered. Interested to see how long this company stays in markets.

Dissapointment
We had contact before ordering about the needed specs for my glasses. They were very quick with responding and asked me for the prescription... After that i received confirmation that the glasses can be ordered according to required specs. Received the glasses, but they are not in accordance with prescription. Result: Useless specs at my expenses, no clear and costfriendly returnpolicy. So...not recommened for ordering special glasses.

They say I made a mistake putting the prescription on the order. I may have ,but I tried several times to download the written prescription to their sight and it would not let me put it in during the order process. I would also think the big difference there was would cause someone to call and verify to make sure it was right .All that was offered was a discount if I ordered another pair.3/16/24

I made a mistake with the lenses. I wrote Tenda to ask for help to amend the situation and the lady was very rude!!!!This was the second time buying, honestly disappointed for a mistake any human being could make and then being met with such hostility!
Worth the chance!
I was honestly skeptical at first being that I'm in the Caribbean but wow! I'm hooked and shocked, I ordered early February, near the end of the month I sent email inquiry as I didn't even hear about shipping, they responded about a day later then 3 days later I was sent an email about item shipping... I swear they came on jet, by the next day I was contacted by courier company, to receive my item... All in all they are took like a month to come, but they are great everything I selected for the glasses there, the case beautiful and the shipping packaging, top notch... I was very pleased.. Would order again!
Pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my new glasses
I was unsure what the quality of the glasses would be like but I was pleasantly surprised with the glasses I received. I have a strong prescription and it took a day to get used to the increased strength with the progressive lenses, but they are as good as the ones I have previously bought at the optometrist and so much cheaper. I went for a plastic frame as I wanted the glasses to be light. I haven't had them tightened yet. I would have liked a slightly lighter colour, but they are fine. I will order another pair when I need to update my glasses. Takes the same amount of time to arrive as walking in to a shop, so a much better option for me.
The glasses suit me very well. 1 lens has a defect
The glasses suit me very well, it's just a shame that the corner of the lens has some kind of distortion that makes it difficult for me to look without it getting in the way. It seems to me that one of the lenses was defective in production or assembly. If you could send me a replacement pair without the defect, I would greatly appreciate it and give a 5 star review
Still have not shipped the order placed…
Still have not shipped the order placed on the 12th February Yesterday promised that would be shipped today 5th March, 22 days and counting but didn’t ship. Emails telling me to believe and trust them Do not buy or trust this company, ignoring my emails now, expected to wait another 15 days shipping time, so almost 2 months for a pair of glasses, Should have gone to Specsavers

Standard or high-quality prescription glasses for very reasonable and competitive prices. I recommend the website to anyone around me, as the glasses that I can get there are about 10 times cheaper than comparable glasses in the Czech Republic.

You should write the size of the glasses :) It was a kid size.. really small for an adult :) And its took almost 40 days i got that.... you also forgot to tell people that the items are actually coming from china :)
I ordered clear glasses and sunglasses…
I ordered clear glasses and sunglasses with my progressive and complicated prescription. They are perfect. To replace my broken frames would have cost me 350 using the same lenses. The two prescription glasses from Tenda cost me 150 together! I couldn't be more pleased.
