Poor instructions for measuring occular distance: ignore the ones given on the website and get your OD checked by an optician
While my order was shown as 'being processed', I contacted Tenda Glasses requesting to change the occular distance (which I had measured myself, following the advice of Tenda Glasses) to the one I received from my optician. However, Tenda Glasses told me that it was too late to change my order and refused to change it. Now I am stuck with a pair of glasses I cannot use because the occular distance I measured by ruler (as instructed by Tenda Glasses if you do not know your OD) was incorrect.
Worth of buying glasses!
But Your customer support is very slow and she didnt answer me 5 days so there wasnt possible to cancel my order. She was so slow that my order went to process before i had change to cancel my order.

My only disappointment would be with how dark the Photo chromatic Lenses become when in sunlight.
They do not go very dark at all.
I am still waiting for my glasses. It's been months now, I have emailed numerous times and you keep referring me to tracking and they aren't helpful either. I don't know what to do now!!! Terrible service and I'm out of pocket!!

Unfortunately, although I used the site simulation l, for the glasses proportion for my face..
It appears that the glasses frame's is much larger than what it seems in the simulation.. that's unfortunate
I can see very good in the lens, but the frame isn't a good fit, therefore, this pair of glasses is sitting in my drawer
A lot of problems with my perception from specsavers I didn't hold out much hope but surprise, surprise everything worked out in the end. Haven't stopped wearing the glasses since I got them.
I have ordered one pair of glasses on 01-14- 23 and two more on 01-17-23. I haven't gotten an order status update since then. They still say "processing". The customer service answered to a few requests about updates, but not to all of my requests. And the responses I got, were always delayed by 3+ days. I don't think I will ever get my orders.

The good: The frames are very nice, well constructed and decent quality. The lenses are thin (considering the complexity of my prescription).
The "not so good": I have a complex prescription requiring varifocals, I have worn varifocals for years so I am well used to them and how they can take some getting used to - what I have never before experienced is a severe "trapezoidal" effect on the lenses, so every single straight edge I look at seems to be off-kilter. My laptop looks more like a trapezoid than a rectangle.
The prescription seems "OK", as in I can read just fine, see mid/long distance fine and the only real problems are the really bad motion sickness that I get add the fact that the right hand edge of my vision is distorted.
I think I will end us using these as a "spare" set and just fall back on paying for another pair from my usual vendor - they cost 3 times as much but are worth the premium.
This was originally a 1 star review because of delays in processing the order, this is in part due to the face that China still had some restrictions in place, however given that the seller didn't mention the fact that he's a box-shipper that isn't really a valid reason IMHO.
I would have given 2.5 stars, but that isn't an option and to be honest, 3 is too high.
If you have a simple prescrption I am sure they make a fine product, for more complex/varifocals, buyer-beware.
Just FYI - expedited shipping means I was liable for import duty and tax, which I wouldn't have been if I'd gone for free delivery, so overall expedited delivery costs 25 euros, plus import duty, a release fee and VAT.

Unhelpful customer service. Paid 25$ for expedited shipping. Then afzer my item was shipped I was asked to pay an additional 25€ to the shipping company on top of my 5€ customs charges just to get my product. When I complained to the company and said i woild pay customs but not more money to the shopping company they just said they dont have anything to do with the extra charges from the shipping company. Offers no help.
They are criminal.

Thanks for your order. We just charged you for the amount of the product and the express shipping. If you think your local charges (customs or commissions, etc) are not reasonable, you could refuse to receive the product, and we will close the order and make refund. By the way, as the shipping address is in the EU, you could choose free shipping, and the VAT will be paid on our side.
The experience was not great at first because of miscommunication issues. The team failed to communicate clearly regarding the technical issue that was holding my order up and also failed to give clear explanations as to how I could solve the issue.
This resulted in an unnecessary delay between order and shipping. Once the misunderstanding was painstakingly cleared, everything went fast. The order was completed and shipped very quickly after solving the tech issue (but that only happened after more than a month of delay).
I rarely leave a bad review anywhere but If I could give a review of less than one star I would. I purchased a pair of glasses on November 22, 2022. I paid 60% of the total cost of the glasses for 7-10 day shipping. The company only created a label for delivery on December 1st, 8 days after purchase confirmation. The glasses are still in Shanghai now so I contacted the company to see if they would consider refunding part of the express shipping service since they sat on their asses and did not ship them quickly.
What was worse than the terrible service was the absolute indifference of customer service. I would avoid using this company at all costs.

Thanks for your order. The processing time and the delivery time are separate. It generally takes around 3-7 days to process, including customizing the lenses for the prescription and assembling, and then the parcel will be handed over to the express which you paid the shipping charges for.
