Bought mattress off Amazon only had it few weeks sunk in the middle already and lump in the bed also. have tried to contact them and nothing Avoid this company they give warranty but you cant get hold of them worst junk I have ever bought
Purchased a mattress 18 mo ths ago via Amazon. The mattress has begun to sag. I sent a request for assistance to their customer service portal, which they read and closed without responding or providing a resolution. This is not what the warranty claims will happen should you encounter a problem. Avoid Avoid AVOID.
I have to say the customer service from Teqsli is second to none! Initially, when my mattress arrived my back pains dissipated very quickly until about 9 months later. I thought I must have inadvertently injured myself, so after another 9 months I started to use the mattress from my guest bed and my back improved after a few nights. I reached out to Teqsli support, not expecting to hear back. Lo and behold 24 hours later they replied, very humble and offered a very generous refund offer. I accepted the offer and the funds were received the same day. My guest bed mattress isn't a long term solution, so im looking to spend considerably more on a new mattress. Mattresses are very subjective, what works for one may not work for the other, but mine was 18 months old and their response went above and beyond what almost any other company would do. Thank you Teqsli :-)

I purchased a teqsli hybid mattress from the famous online home delivery site. My previous mattress was a £1400 best ever British one which I hated from day one. But this cheapTeQsli 5FT King Mattress, 10.6 Inch Memory Foam Sprung Hybrid Mattress for Pressure Relief & Edge Support, 9-Zone Support Orthopedic Matress Medium Firm with Skin-Friendly Fabric has impressed me to no end! I used to get a lot of leg cramps(I train a lot) but this cool touch has ended that and, its so comfy I just dont want to get out of bed. These are excellent regardless of the price.

So pleased with my King Size Teqsli mattress. Perfect fit and so comfy. Thick mattress I got medium firm and melt into it. Excellent value for money!!
I was looking for a new mattress after returning a well known brand that did not live up to expectations and found a 10inch Teqsli hybrid on Amazon. The reviews were good and the price half that of leading brands so took a chance and ordered it, the product is well made with a quality Finnish and my back pain has all but disappeared, a great choice , very pleased with it and would recommend the brand.
Bought a kingsize Teqsli mattress from amazon. When it arrived it was smaller than a kingsize and left an ugly gap around the edges. I left a 1 star review on amazon with photos. There were thousands of positive reviews which had led me to trust them. Once I left the review I got many emails asking me to take down the review and they would refund me after. ( i have those emaols as proof). I edited my amazon review to let customers know I'd been offered money. The review was removed and I was blocked from writing another for the seller. I've had to complain to amazon customer service to return it. The mattress is terrible. Low quality (which you might expect from the price) but also sagged after a couple of nights and you can feel the springs
