Incredible Customer Service
I have to say the customer service from Teqsli is second to none! Initially, when my mattress arrived my back pains dissipated very quickly until about 9 months later. I thought I must have inadvertently injured myself, so after another 9 months I started to use the mattress from my guest bed and my back improved after a few nights. I reached out to Teqsli support, not expecting to hear back. Lo and behold 24 hours later they replied, very humble and offered a very generous refund offer. I accepted the offer and the funds were received the same day. My guest bed mattress isn't a long term solution, so im looking to spend considerably more on a new mattress. Mattresses are very subjective, what works for one may not work for the other, but mine was 18 months old and their response went above and beyond what almost any other company would do.
