These products really work and the customer services are amazing. I ordered the eye emulsion first and loved it so much that I then ordered the face oil which is making my skin super moisturised and glows as advertised. I ordered some eye cream from Ayurveda. My skin reacted to it , which is not unusual as I have very sensitive skin. I have had previous products from them and absolutely love them . This cream just did not work! They immediately offered me a full refund or an echange with another product. I took the exchange I love their products ! Excellent customer service wish more companies were like this.
I bought the eye contour cream. It’s a perfectly nice cream but expensive if it has no effect whatsoever. I have been using the cream before bed for about a month now, following the guidance and not only is there no positive effect, I actually now have a little puffy bit I didn’t have before, beneath each eye. I will not buy again and would not recommend.

I have never felt good in my skin because it was very dry and flaky. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and as soon as it absorbs my skin is back feeling horrible but not anymore!!!! I have been using the oils and creams for awhile now and love them all however recently I bought their cleansing cream and WOW I personally find it a fantastic cleanser. I have tried many other make up removers but they always leave a residue of foundation so I’ve then had to use a flannel.
With this every last little bit is removed, which is wonderful. I can then follow it up with my normal nighttime creams.

I have been buying from this Company for quite some time now and have always been happy with their products and the professional approach and customer service. However, I have just started using the Face Serum which is advertised as being useful for reducing the appearance of age spots and, oh my word, I'm in love with it! My first order in June 2025 was a delight. The face oils where light and wonderful, smelt divine and absorbed into my skin beautifully.
However my second order, of exactly the same product, has been a major disappointment.
A dramatic difference appears to have occurred to the product in that the base oil is now heavier and sits like a slick on my face, still only using three drops as recommended! The fragrance is virtually non existent it feels like a totally different product.... what is going on?
So I contact their customer services and ask this very question.....
Their answer was not satisfactory....
We source ingredients from a wide range of geographies they say, there could be variation in aroma, colour and thickness from batch to batch.
Well I'm not very happy with that answer and I feel cheated.
I think they've changed their ingredients to cheaper options to improve their profit margins sadly leaving the product a shadow of it's former self.

I read Ayurveda's response with delight, at last I thought, after half a dozen emails to them they finally want to do something to investigate. So I forwarded the information requested expecting a Returns Lable to enable them to research.
However I was sorely disappointed this morning when opening their latest email informing me that they had checked the Batch that my order came from and there was no problem.
Firstly I'm surprised that there is any of that batch still available from September 2025 and secondly how could any effective research have been done on a Sunday and miraculously that the information was ready to be supplied to me first thing on a Monday morning......total nonsense from Ayurveda Customer Services.
So they have lost my confidence and my custom.
I would however be interested to hear from anyone else with similar experiences of Ayurveda Face Oil products.
They've finally worn me down.

Our formulations are made with natural, plant-based ingredients, and because these are harvested from nature rather than synthetically standardised, there can be some variation from batch to batch in aroma, colour, and viscosity. That said, we understand that the difference you’re describing feels significant, and we’re sorry that our earlier explanation did not reassure you.
We want to be very clear: we have not changed the formulation to cheaper ingredients or altered it to improve profit margins. The integrity of our formulas is something we take extremely seriously. However, your feedback tells us that the experience you’re having does not align with what you expect and that matters.
We would really like the opportunity to look into this more closely. If you’re open to it, our team can:
review the specific batch you received, and
offer a replacement or alternative solution if appropriate.

I had purchased a bottle of "amplified youth spring face oil" just before Christmas, but unfortunately although tracked, I never received it. I contacted customer service and they replied back to me within the hour 👌😁 fantastic. I explained and with no issues at all, were happy to send me out another bottle. This is did receive 🙌 I placed another order for the "Eye emulsion eye contour cream" and chose a free "amplified youth spring face oil" excellent service as only took 2 days for delivery 😁 both products are amazing 👏 beautiful in texture. Both go hand in hand, my skin feels like silk, soft & glowing ✨️ and after just a few days wow you can see a difference in skin around my eyes, my face looking so fresh & bright. It really is right up there in the top 10 👍 for many years I always religiously used Lancome absolute 😊 and that is great face moisturiser, at a cost of £160. Im now choosing to swap my products after finding something that is so very close and much cheaper 😊 i will be sticking with Ayurveda products from here now on 😊 great results & beautiful skin 😍
