I'm a long-time customer. I placed an order and received a free gift—an expired bottle of Youth Spring.
I have contacted customer service three times to ask how long it can be used after it expires, as it's all-natural oils that can go rancid. No answer. Pretty disappointed.
In the past, some products I paid for have had short "lifespans," but never completely expired. For the cost, this is very frustrating.
EDIT: The address you gave me to write to IS the one I wrote to 3X! Why would this time be any different? I will try again and report back here. PS - I have different email addresses for different things.

The eye cream does nothing for my dark circles. I’m very disappointed. I have sent several emails to request information on doing a return. No response. I found a phone number so I called. The greeting said that all customer service reps were busy and to leave a voicemail containing my email or phone number. I’m betting that I won’t hear anything. I will continue to call and email until I get a response. I’m worried that the 30 days will be up by the time I get a response. The product took a very long time to get here. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered the Blavana Face pomade in Jan 2026 and loved it. I ordered three more jars in february.
However one of the jars, fortunately the first one that I opened, had a funny smell to it unlike my January jar.
I wrote an email to the company on Mar 11 complaining about the scent, well within my 30-day guarantee. They simply said that it was the ingredients and sometimes they will smell differently or some such nonsense. I opened the other 2 Jars and they smelled just fine. So I went through the two other jars and tonight I again opened the third one (that had a funny smell) hoping for the best. I put it on my neck and after about 2 minutes, I had to wash it off because I couldn't get beyond the funny smell.
I again complained to the company. Guess what? They won't do anything for me because now I am not within that 30-day guarantee. Yet when I complained on March 11th, I was well within my 30 day guaranteed but they chose not to offer a replacement. I guess I should have insisted, but they made it sound like the odor was normal and not a bad batch.
This is no way to run a business if all they do is make excuses for odd odors that I am certainly not happy with, within a 30 day window. By the way they offered me a whopping 15% off when blavanna is back in stock.

I love the Balaayah Black Gram Body Booster. It is a nice light oil. I use it after I get out of the shower and the scent is a delightful earthy vanilla after you put it on. It keeps my skin soft and from drying out in the winter.

I have sensitive skin with rosacea and these oils have been a true miracle for me. Everything I used to use would aggravate my skin and I would consistently have rosacea flares. Since using the Youth oil and Daily glow oil my skin has been calm, soft, and glowing. I wont ever be without them!

People ask me what I use for cream around my eyes.
I use the under eye cream the Rufolia product. It is amazing. It smooths out the wrinkles. Helps to moisturize. You wanna know a secret? If later in the day thin lines under the eyes start to reappear again, I put a smallest dab on my middle finger and just dab under my eye again. Makeup and all. It regenerates the skin once again!

I'm 77 and have never been great about taking care of my face (even though Mother TOLD me from the time I was a toddler!) I have always been heavy with a high of 296 with several losing/gaining episodes over the last 25 years or so, most recently losing 76 lbs, down to 160. Losing that much at my age resulted in DEEP, what I call my Howdy Doody lines.. (how many remember Howdy Doody?!?!)
I started off using Forge Skin for several months, liked it and even gave a few jars away to friends who also liked it, but the HD lines didn't budge much. So, I switched to Miami MD which helped the HD lines much more. I bought a couple of jars on sale, but when I went to order again, the price had shot up, and I started searching for a more budget-friendly solution. That is when I found Cerabuild Face & Neck Cream at a better price point... so I bought a jar... just one... to try it. It did seem better... so I did a test. For one week, I applied Cerabuild to the right side of my face & neck, especially the HD lines and Miami MD to the left side. Within just a couple of days, it was obvious that Cerabuild was the winner hands down!! Of course I still have the HD lines, but they have smoothed out a great deal and the lines & sagging in my neck have as well. SO.... I went back and ordered 3 more jars! I'm sold!

Packaging and quality great, effective questionable
I have used their products for a couple years, hoping to see a difference in quality of my aging skin. No, there has been no discernable difference. I really don't understand why if there are so many 'happy users' stating improvements - no pictures of said improvement. In reality some improvement is possible by using skincare using retinol. However I will say, this line of skin care does moisturize nicely, but their claims are hype.

I am very impressed with the hair oil treatment. My hair has never looked so good. It goes on smooth and dries keeping my hair in place much like a gel and my hair is so soft and shiny when brushed out. I am very pleased with the hair product as with other products.

The product arrived to me empty. Zero product inside and because I could not find their information to contact them within 30 days they said I used the product and they would not help me. I had health issues preventing me from contacting them during this time. When I was finally able to, they accused me of using the entire bottle and would not replace even though I sent a video. I explained my health issues and they replaced the item. While I have not yet been able to try the product, I do appreciate customer service making an exception.

I really liked their moisture cream so I bought face oil to try. I didn't use it right away since I had inventory that I wanted to use up. Once I used it I RUINED two outfits. The oil that they sold so dark that it stained my clothes and it would not come out. I had a sample of a different oil that they make that is clear so I tried that and it wasn't a problem. I returned four bottles of the oil that was ruining my clothes and asked that they substitute the clear oil. All they returned to me was one bottle and a miniscule sample. I won't patronize a company that won't stand buy their products! I really should make a claim for the clothes they ruined.

We reviewed your account and our prior email communications dated January 16, 2026 and January 22, 2026, where we confirmed the resolution we could offer: one full-size Kesaradi Daily Glow Face Oil along with one mini bottle of the same product. These items were processed and shipped accordingly.
We also want to share additional context regarding the exchange request: the original order you placed for the Paraania Oil Pack of 3 was purchased on August 25, 2025 and falls outside our standard exchange eligibility. However, as a goodwill gesture, we made an exception and processed the exchange for you.
We also recommend trying the traditional Ayurvedic practice called Abhyanga, where you massage the oil into your skin and let it absorb for 15 minutes or more before taking a warm shower or bath. Because water and oil do not mix, the process creates an emulsification on your skin and a protective moisture barrier. You also wouldn't need to worry about the oil transferring onto clothing or furniture with this method. The next best method is to apply it as soon as you get out of the shower or bath while your skin is still warm and damp and then wait a few minutes for the oil to be absorbed before getting dressed.
