I really appreciate the excellent customer service that your company offers. I have had a few delivery issues and they were rectified immediately. As far as your products go, I like that they are all natural with clean safe ingredients, however, I am disappointed that they do not do what they claim to. The descriptions of your products I have purchased are very convincing and have created false hope for me. Unfortunately, I have purchased at least four of your eye products based on the descriptions, and have been using them religiously, and I do not see much improvement with puffiness, dark circles, or fine lines. I purchased the oil you recommended for crepey skin and that hasn’t done much either. I invested in your facial wand and have tried it a few times and haven’t seen much improvement. It is very time consuming with little results. In all fairness to your company, I would be happy to speak with one of your specialists that may be able to provide me with tips on the best and most effective ways to use your products. I would be so pleased to see the promised results and update my review.

They've been really good until my last two orders. One order got lost in the mail, and they won't send a replacement or refund me. The other order has not been mailed after 5 days of placing it. I can't afford to order stuff and not receive it. I'll stick to Banyan.

I appreciate the products Ayurveda offers. However, the last order I placed, for the same product I had used before, just isn't the same. It doesn't feel or look the same on my skin. I'm a tad disappointed. It's still a good product, just not the same quality as last batch.

I bought these products because I have super dry skin and was hoping this would help. I did find the products did hydrate my skin and overall I was pleased with the results. However, I found the smell to be a bit overwhelming. It's not bad, it's kind of a powdery smell, but a bit stronger than I would like. Overall the products did work as intended, so I'm giving a thumbs up, 4 stars for the quality product.
