I love the product packaging it’s so elegant and pretty - it’s unique with minimal plastic- I feel like the face oil Yauvari is doing a lot for my skin I use it every night on my face and neck. Skins texture is nice and I feel moisturized without an oily feel- The black Gram oil I love the smell I don’t see the results promised but I do Like it . The product is wonderful. Beautiful scents, easy to use when the dispenser works! That is why I gave 4 stars. I’ve been using for at least a year; it’s rare that the dispenser works properly. And the packaging is the best! So beautiful! I will continue to buy this product.

I placed my order on 23rd Feb. According to the website, "When you order products from our website, it may take 1-2 days for us to process your order to get it ready for delivery." I emailed to customer service and never heard back. Finally got my order after chasing them 4 weeks later

I ordered a tube of the Rufolia "eyemulsion." The cream is nice and it is scented with oils of rose and geranium, so it smells nice, too. My concern is that I ordered one tube, it was delivered and my debit card was charged. Five days later, I received a second tube of the same product, and my debit card was charged again. I didn't see anything indicating that buying a product meant signing up to for a subscription and even if it was a subscription, I certainly wouldn't need a tube of undereye cream once every five days. If this is a subscription, I would like to cancel it. I would also like to be refunded the payment for the second tube, which I did not order. Thanks if you can straighten out this situation. If not, I will call my bank to make sure that no more charges from your company are put through.

I'm extremely disappointed. My order arrived last week and 2 items were missing from the order. I had only received the Youthful Glow Duo but not the Serum and the Eye Balsam. I have sent 3 emails to the customer service team and have not received a single email back. This is not good customer service at all. I will not be ordering again and I will also ask for a refund for the missing items.

I received my order containing a sample of the Yauvari Amplified Youth Spring oil (love how this goes on my skin, scent and results) and the Manjish Glow Elixir. It is my first time using and while I like the light oil and how well it absorbs into my skin, I am disappointed in the scent. It smells like day old grease used to fry chicken. I just applied and am hoping it dissipates soon. This is my only reason for the 3 star. Other than that it would definitely be a 5 star, based on the appearance of MY skin.

My shipment that I ordered on February 11th came in two batches... the lip gloss arrived almost immediately but I had to wait almost a month for the oils and cream to arrive. One of the oils was clearly opened previously, and half of it was missing, and the eye cream container was smashed. The tube doesn't have a seal, so a lot of the product came out when I unscrewed the top. Very disappointing. I hope to receive replacements as this is my first experience with this brand and so far it's a bit sub-par.

I have ordered three times from this company. Each time, the orders have arrived timely with no issues. I like that they give free products to try. Have not used long enough to see real results, but I do like so far. The scents are a little "oily" smelling, but can get used to it. Favorite products so far are the Coconut Cleanser and the eye cream (the one in the tube with a slight tint). Just ordered an anti-aging kit, so hope it is just as good as the other products.
