My order was lost by the courier. Jamie Was highly professional in helping me get the order replaced and agreed to expedite shipping since it took 2 months to straighten out the courier issue! I received the merchandise in a timely manner. The sizing was way too big and the quality was poor. I requested a return and they offered me a 20% refund.
I disputed it and they came up to 30%. Again, I told them that their website does not say anything about what percent you can get for a refund. They said I could ship it back to China but it would be very expensive. I'm going to have to take a loss but stay away from this company. They are not an American company and you are dealing with people in China.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY
The response to my concerns were not only met with swiftness but even after being offered a solution that was questionable on my side, I was given an opportunity for a fair replacement at no further expense to me.
In this day and age it has become a retailers design to not only ignore customer concerns, especially with overseas customers, but this statue was seemingly not considered. Only the satisfaction of "one" out of many.
