Had an issue with my order. Asked for a refund and instead Jamie took the time and asked for pictures of what was wrong. Sent pictures and she immediately gave a few options to make it right. Went above and beyond.

Although I had to cancel my order and request (multiple attempts) I did gain a email statement indicating I would vet my order canceled for full refund....fingers crossed that I receive it and that isn't a scam. The least I could do, thinking positively, was provide them their requested 5 star review so it doesn't get rebuttaled and I don't get the refund nor the product!🤷🏽♀️🙏🏽

Loved the tops I received. However one had Smokey smell and the other was the same size but definitely cut smaller. Their customer service was quick to make things right. They responded to my email right away. Very helpful and replaced both tops. It is difficult to find great customer support now a days.
