TheInsoleStore.com

Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Skinner. We are very sorry that you feel that way. We definitely care about our customers and orders. Two representatives spoke with you three times regarding your order. We know you were upset that your order took 8 business days to deliver over Fourth of July week. We do try to make the free shipping delivery window clear at check out, and there are expedited options available if you need orders sooner. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to speed up orders once they ship out under a selected service. We do appreciate your business and if you ever do decide that you need assistance in the future, we are always happy to help.

We're so sorry to hear that the insoles did not work for you, Elijah! We will reach out by email regarding a return/exchange. We're also happy to make a recommendation for you as not all insoles will work for all customers. We appreciate your business.
