用户怎么说
Everything was perfect 😻
Everything I ordered looked exactly the same as in the pictures. I am very happy with my choice. The delivery time was a bit long, but I knew that in advance, so it didn’t bother me. I will definitely order here again. 🧸

It’s a very cute and adorable hook
It’s a very cute and adorable hook. Taking one star off because there’s not a good mounting system, just have to use command strips.

Thank you so much for your kind review Rache. The back mounting is very strong and should last a very long time. If it becomes loose, just let us know. Hope you enjoy your new Cat Hook :)

Quality of clothing
For the price you pay for the clothing it wasn't the best of quality at all 2 out 4 for items had where you could white stitching on a black item and wool items some was pulled out but was ore expensive to ship back so no I have no intention of shopping here again

Hi Amber, We're very sorry if you were not satisfied with some of the clothing. Could you please email us with photos, if the quality of the items you received is not good we will refund you or replace with another item with no need to send the items back. Kind regards, Emmie.

Thank you so much Florence :)
Lovely kawaii store
The items I order from this store always arrive in great condition and I'm always checking back to see what new stuff I might want to buy!
The clothing (L and XL) only just fit me (UK M).
I ordered XL (kawaii fox ribbon flare sweater) and L (bear bag kawaii hoodie), because I like things being baggy on me (I’m a UK Medium), and they looked more like a medium/small. They only just fit me, and there is no bagginess from either item of clothing. The fox sweater is also quite thin for a sweater.

Hi Megan, we're sorry this item did not fit you how you desired, if you have any problem with sizing we can help you to find the right size. Thank you for your review.

Great!
I bought a backpack and a cute bottle, everything has a great quality. Shipping took about 2 to 3 weeks, which I had already assumed, so it was no big deal. I am in love with the products and definetly going to buy from here again!
Love this shop everything is so cute!
