同意 The Organic Wine Store 的评分 -92 分。

we are extremely sorry this happened to your order. It is clearly a shipping problem we will have to take up with UPS. Please send us the photos you mention in the Trustpilot review so we can start the claim. We are sorry you felt you had to write this negative review. We would have found an amicable solution even with a simple email, which we will do our best to offer after we receive the photos and hear from UPS, the actual entity responsible for the damage inflicted to your order.
