Hi Julie, Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustration this caused. You're right that a faulty control panel shouldn't leave you out of pocket. While our standard warranty covers the replacement part itself rather than installation labor, this was a case where covering the labor was the right thing to do, and we've issued you a full refund for the electrician's cost to swap it out. We're sorry for the mixed signals along the way and appreciate you giving us the chance to make it right. If anything else comes up as you finish your setup, we're here for you.
