The Sauna Heater representatives answered all my questions and gave recommendations that proved valuable. The heater, stones, and controls all arrived well packaged and onetime. After the sale the rep I contacted was very helpful with the installation questions I had. The price was also competitive. Overall a very good experience.

The company sent me a faulty control…
The company sent me a faulty control panel for my heater and so I had to pay my electrician to reinstall the replacement. The Sauna Heater company told me to send the electrician receipt over for reimbursement as they were the ones sending the faulty equipment. When I sent the receipt over, they informed me that they would not be reimbursing me for the work to replace their faulty equipment. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hi Julie, Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustration this caused. You're right that a faulty control panel shouldn't leave you out of pocket. While our standard warranty covers the replacement part itself rather than installation labor, this was a case where covering the labor was the right thing to do, and we've issued you a full refund for the electrician's cost to swap it out. We're sorry for the mixed signals along the way and appreciate you giving us the chance to make it right. If anything else comes up as you finish your setup, we're here for you. Excellent customer service
Shawn and Christian were absolutely amazing to work with. I had a difficult situation with my sauna heater accessories shipment, and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Even though the original delivery was marked as delivered and we couldn’t locate it, they stayed patient, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of by sending a replacement shipment at no cost. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made the difference

Their service is better than any company in the modern age. I am a professional sauna builder and these guys have helped me numerous times over and over. John and a few others have gone above and beyond to help me. 10/10!!!!!!!

The Sauna Heater solved a big problem…
The Sauna Heater solved a big problem for me. I wanted a custom (Finnish) sauna built in a bathroom alcove. A local sauna building firm quoted me $24K so I took matters into my own hands. I decided that I wanted thick wall logs, but buying them piecemeal along with all the other necessary parts was going to be onerous and expensive. A Como 1-120 kit solved my problem perfectly at a fraction of the cost. The Sauna Heater has given fantastic support for what is turning out to be an incredible sauna.
