I can’t say enough good things about this company. I neglected to do a consultation before buying my huum heater and unfortunately ordered a heater that was slightly undersized for my application. The entire crew has been great to work with and they have gone above and beyond to get me back on the right track. I would highly encourage buying from the sauna heater store, the customer service is amazing and worth doing business with!
Two things stand out about The Sauna Heater. One, the communication and help I received through the chats was like nothing I have experienced before…well done! Two, the VERY informational YouTube videos were extremely helpful during my design phase. This company is top notch, and you can be assured I will pass them onto anyone who asked how I learned how to build a Finnish sauna!
The Sauna Heater provided us with a very professional purchasing experience. An educational approach and friendly, caring staff, They make you feel part of their sauna family. Easy to contact and great follow up. Post purchase their on the case. We’re in the process of constructing our sauna and look forward to continuing to build a lasting relationship with The Sauna Heater. If you’re considering purchasing a sauna give these folks a call. You will not be disappointed. John H.
