They've been transparent about pricing and accommodating. I found the best price amongst all the competitors I searched. Micah was great in explaining why the config I was looking for for my sauna was insufficient and offered the correct alternative.

I got burned by another sauna company - they happily took my money, then cancelled my order with no explanation and refused a refund. After that experience I waited a few months to order again. Thankfully the Sauna Heater company was responsive to my emails and requests for quotes, and was willing to time my delivery to a specific week. They communicated well, always answered emails, and were a delight to work with. I would happily order from them again.

Excellent service e BEFORE the sale
Rarely do you find a vendor this helpful. Austin walked me through the important aspects of building a sauna, especially the venting, bench placement and heater height relative to the bench height. My sauna is almost 7’ all around and I get to 180 degrees in 25 minutes with the Harvia 8KW manual heater. They made my project doable. They provided all of this advice before I purchased the heater.

Nobody better. Incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to get on a video call and answer all my questions. Quick email responses and advice on all things sauna. You’d be crazy to go with anyone else. A lot of companies just drop shipping heaters @ call centers. Those companies won’t be there when you need them and, even if they were, they are just not knowledgeable enough. Anton’s the best.

The overall genuine willingness to help answer questions with no pressure to purchase from them was amazing. At first, taking on a DIY project like this was terrifying.
