Exceptional Service
The Sauna Heater group is the real deal. Real human connection throughout the entire process from the moment I hit order to delivery day. The sauna heater group does not at any point reroute you through AI or offshore call centers. I had a shipping issue due to the Hollywood hills narrow streets and the sauna heater group delt with the 3rd party shipping company, ensuring I got my sauna when I wanted it and without any additional fees. It's rare to receive great customer service these days, these guys get it though!! I wouldn't order a sauna through any other group but these folks.

DIY Sauna
DIY Sauna - I was intersted in building a DIY sauna and came across The Sauna Heater Youtube channel. I have watched dozen of videos, made my plans, executed the build, and finally needed a sauna heater. Of course, The Sauna Heater website was intuitive and I purchased my heater. Great service and Active Customer Support
Great service, great people. I was shipping to Alaska, and the initial shipping cost was over 700 bucks! However, the team at Sauna Heater was able to ship to my freight forwarder and my overall cost was less than 200. I would purchase from them again.
