Thank you Andrea for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the shuttle clean and comfortable, but we're truly sorry that your experience with the driver didn't meet your expectations. Providing friendly, welcoming service is something we take very seriously, and we're disappointed to hear we fell short. Your comments have been shared with our team as we continually work to improve every guest's experience. Thank you, Joe! We appreciate your feedback regarding the pickup location. Typically, we meet guests inside at baggage claim, but in certain situations, like early arrivals, we may adjust to ensure the fastest and smoothest pickup possible. Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to serving you again!
