Awesome experience! Came in by baggage claim. Carried luggage out. Stopped at Publix for us to pick up food pre ordered. Awesome car and personality. No complaints. Better than what we expected. Gave us a water too.

The on-line booking process was easy. I did have a question about “oversize” items, so I called. My question was responded to very quickly. I look forward to using this service for our upcoming trip!
Our driver was great and friendly. The car seats were ready and installed. He was on time and had cold drinks for everyone. Fabian did a great job. It made everything go very smoothly.
We’ve used sun shuttle the last few times we have travelled to Orlando and always had the best experience, we have used them for airport transfers and transfers over to port canaveral and they have always been on time, easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. We also found them to be a very good price for such a high level of service, the cars are immaculate and the drivers very smart and professional, can not rate there service high enough, you couldn’t find any better anywhere else.
Amazing service!! So convenient to have a clean luxury suv already with car seats, stroller and professional driver take us to our resort from airport. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend!Fabian was amazing and was in constant communication since our flight was delayed leaving, and also once we landed it was a while before we could deplane. He met us right at the baggage claim and offered us drinks for the ride. I will definitely use them again
Having sun shuttle to get to and from the airport was very convenient especially with two kids in tow. The process to book and even to change the pick up time was very easy which I appreciate. We will definitely use them again our next time in Florida.

Fantastic, punctual ride to the resort!
Great ride, very nice driver! I will use sun shuttle for all our WDW trips from now. It was a very nice SUV, the driver was good, friendly, courteous. It was nice getting to our Hotel without other stops. Thank you!

Excellent round trip service
Excellent round trip service. Appreciate the drinks at the start of each trip. A little surprised the airport greeting (with name sign) was outside near parking area. Not a big deal but imagined that would have been near baggage claim but we did have a really late arrival time and arrived earlier than expected. Would book again.
