Olives bags are so well made, great designs and pockets where you need them. I have the hobo crossbody and the drawstring bucket bag. I've used them so often, I'm starting to get rid of my other bags. The web site is user friendly, easy to order and pay for items. Delivery is quite fast, considering I'm in Canada. I thoroughly recommend this company.

A few weeks ago, I started to receive marketing emails from Olives. The thing is, I never signed up for these; I've never had anything to do with this company. And despite clicking "Unsubscribe " and confirming, I still receive the emails. This is not acceptable, in my opinion.

The bag I received was very poor quality and too small. I wanted to return it and they told me I would have to pay the shipping for it to be returned to Asia . When I asked for the shipping address so I can find out how much it would cost they would not give it to me . They instead were. Giving me 20 percent off to keep the bag. I received 30 percent off but I did not like the way the situation was handled. I will never buy from them again.
