Hey Julie, Thank you so much for giving us a try for your first order! We are incredibly blessed to have you as a customer and we are so glad we could welcome you with a special first-time discount. To ensure you feel truly valued and taken care of, I have gone ahead and personally processed a full refund for the $9.95 shipping charge. As a small business, shipping costs are quite high and maintaining a $119 threshold for free shipping is the only way we can offset those expenses while keeping our core product prices as low and honest as possible for everyone. Our heart is always to serve you well and we truly appreciate your feedback and grace. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon and God Bless!
