Bought my first drone, lasted 10 minutes of air time before the arm holding the camera in place cracked, causing the camera to not stay in place. Asked for repair or refund, was offers penny’s on the purchase price. After months of dickering I tossed the drone and am now commenting about Thysfg to all who will listen instead.
Item not as described, paid £130 for a drone, a plastic toy arrived when queried they just said "you got what you ordered" The th in there name must stand for thieves.
SCAMMED SCAMMED SCAMMED the drone I ordered was nothing like the cheap and nasty toy they sent me. Emails just bounce back as "being unable to deliver" Complaining through Paypal
The item was not as described. They advertised a different drone entirely. They asked .e to return item and send tracking details for immediate payout. It is now in customs in china so the money for item plus &22 return postage and case closed avoid at all cost.

Facebook is where I continually see these ads. Facebook should be accountable for these scams. I would bet any money there have been multiple complaints about them and yet they allow them to place ads. $$$ .
Order never delivered. Tracking shows a package leaving US Customs 3 weeks ago, but never received by USPS. Who knows where that package was going as China Post doesn't report delivery addresses.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I have rarely been so cheated. The day I received the package I was so disappointed with the contents of the drone I ordered. I wrote to the company and asked for a return label, but all they could write was that it was exactly the drone I ordered. I have subsequently written several emails to the company who now choose not to respond. The company should be shut down before they scam more people. I have now contacted PayPal to ask for their help. I have proof that they tricked me into believing their ads.
Comany is awful. Sent my item supposedly to the wrong address, but the only communication from them is short, badly written English saying they didn't. Never got my item and am having to report the issue to PayPal instead.
Caveat Emptor Buyer Beware!! I should have done some research prior to sending them my money for 2 products that likely don’t even exist. After at least 20 emails with them asking for my order number which I have no record of (not displayed or provided on the site) I get ridiculous responses. Oh well…AS the title says, Buyer Beware. Cheap China website selling Cheap Chinese Shit
I am taking legal action against this seller. Six emails and they continue to refuse to assist and resolve my issue.
