BAD company ever!!! They don’t pay most of employees and staffs, many people left unpaid and no value. Worst!!!!! Many students left without class completed and refund unpaid.

Worse interaction ever with any kind of company purporting to be serving the interests of our children. Poor to no response. Tutors cancel at the last minute. Stay away!

TUTORS & PARENTS AVOID AT ALL COST. I was a tutor for Tigercampus, I started my first class on the 5th April 2026, and completed my last class at the end of June 2026. I have yet to be paid. I have received no payment for the lessons taught. Excuses after excuses were given for why I was not paid, offers of more money if I waited; really! In the end I cut my loses, but not before I had wasted approx 8 weeks. I did not stop my tutoring as it would have hindered my student, and I did hope I would get my money in the end. It is NOT limited to tutors, the parent of my student is still waiting for a refund, and yes nothing as yet. Avoid at all costs, NOT because of the tutors but because you will lose money!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by this organization. Despite their claims of professionalism and excellence, our actual experience was completely different. There was poor communication, a lack of commitment, and significant time wasted on our side. Promises were made, but the service and follow-through did not meet reasonable expectations. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research and think carefully before signing up. Make sure you understand exactly what service and commitment you will receive before making any payment or commitment. For us, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Beware of applying to Tiger Campus
My Experience with Tiger Campus — Please Read Before Applying I had read many negative reviews about Tiger Campus before I started working with them. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because I felt it would be unfair to judge a company solely based on other people's experiences. I started working as a tutor with Tiger Campus in July 2026. Unfortunately, my own experience has now raised serious concerns about their salary payment and communication. Tiger Campus pays tutors on the 15th of each month. After completing a month's work, there is also a payment cycle delay before the salary is received. I received my first salary on August 18, 2026, which was three days late. I had to send numerous emails to follow up before receiving the payment. My second salary was supposed to be paid on September 15, 2026. I eventually received it on September 16, but only 50% of the amount I was expecting was paid. I am still waiting for the remaining 50% to be paid. What concerns me even more is that I have already earned this money through work I have completed. If I decide to stop working with Tiger Campus, I am worried that I may have difficulty receiving the remaining amount from August as well as payment for most of my September work. Another major concern has been communication. In my experience, emails and messages are often not answered promptly. Sometimes I have waited many hours, and in some cases until the following day, for a response—particularly when the issue involves payment. I understand that payment delays can sometimes happen, and I initially tried to be patient and understanding. However, when you depend on your salary and have to repeatedly follow up just to receive money you have already earned, it creates a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Yes, Tiger Campus may offer a higher hourly rate compared with some other tutoring companies. However, in my personal experience, a higher hourly rate does not make up for the stress and uncertainty surrounding payment and communication. Therefore, if you are considering working for Tiger Campus, I strongly recommend that you carefully research the company's payment practices and read reviews from current and former tutors before making your decision. This is based on my personal experience from July to September 2026, and I am sharing it so that other tutors can make an informed decision before committing their time and work.
Scamming tutors
I would strongly advise against providing services to this company. I provided over $500 worth of services and have now gone two months without receiving payment. The owner, Joshua, initially agreed to my hourly rate without issue, but once payment became due, the situation changed completely. After following up several times, I was repeatedly told that the payment would be looked into, yet nothing has been resolved. Communication has now stopped entirely. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious before agreeing to work with this company, particularly without securing payment upfront.
Scamming service
Horrible! Horrible! Scamming service I along with tutors and parents would like to receive a refund. Joshua who is the owner of this company steals money and then uses that money he stole to fund his start up AI company genspace.ai! He has automated system to recruit people and make parents give the money but he never pays the tutors due or refund the parents!

I have engaged Tiger Campus since April 2026 to look for a tutor to coach my son on Computing Subject The tutor they recommended was very professional and based on Spain. However, recently in June, I was told by the tutor that TC have not been paying her since April although TC has collected the payment from me 1 month in advance and I have paid promptly to them. The last payment to them was for July. But since tutor was not being paid by them since April, she has cancelled the class for July and I also demanded a refund from TC However, the refund payment was not made till today ( already almost 2 months)! And tutor also said she has not received the payment since April.. This agency is not to be trusted! Please be beware and DONT fall into the same trap as me ( Parent and Tutors)
Avoid TigerCampus: Workers Go Unpaid and Parents Receive Unreliable Service
I worked for TigerCampus as a software developer, and the company currently owes me more than USD 4,000 in unpaid compensation. For months, I have repeatedly been given specific payment dates, but those dates passed without full payment. The explanations kept changing, including waiting for investment, a bank loan, additional documents, and final approval. I occasionally received small instalments of USD 100–200, but the majority of the outstanding amount remains unpaid. I completed substantial development work for the company. Despite continuing to deliver work, I had to repeatedly chase the company for compensation I had already earned. The prolonged non-payment has caused serious financial pressure and consumed a great deal of my time and energy. I strongly advise parents, tutors, and other professionals not to work with or use TigerCampus. In my experience, tutors do not receive the respect or timely compensation they deserve, parents do not receive the level of service they paid for, and employees and contractors in other roles may also face serious delays in receiving their earned compensation. A company that repeatedly fails to pay the people delivering its services cannot provide a reliable experience for either its workers or its customers. Please proceed with extreme caution.
TigerCampus is a Scam
TigerCampus never honours their word. They say they will pay on a certain date but they never keep their promise. For the 1.5 years that I have worked with them, I have never been paid on time. The date goes by, then days, weeks and months. I have waited more than two months for overdue payments. I have to consistently beg for my money for months and months, until I felt worthless as a teacher. This affected my survival as a teacher who did more than 50 hours per month with them and had around 15 students. I have even told them that they are witholding my rent money and I will be evicted, but the owner, Josh, did not care. He led me on by blaming lawyers and banks, and said several times that the late payment situation will be solved soon, but it was a recurring issue. I was forced to cancel classes because of overdue payments. This was upsetting because I love teaching my students and I know students who sincerely look forward to classes. Josh is cunning - he has put the blame on me, bribed me with additional financial compensation, and told me outright lies about their financial situation. He paid in installments sometimes, a few hundred here and there, as though TigerCampus tutors are objects on installment plans rather than professionals. They also do not communicate and miscommunicate information between students and tutors. My students have been kept waiting because of TigerCampus failing to cancel classes even when they were informed hours before the class. The same situation applies to tutors - I have been kept waiting for classes that were cancelled by students but TigerCampus failed to inform me. Do not tutor here. You will be disrespected to the point of humiliation. Do not send your children to their classes. You will experience unprofessionalism from TigerCampus that brings shame to the education industry.
Malpractice, Incompetence, and Irresponsible
My experience: As a tutor for this platform, I have experienced unprofessional conduct regarding payroll and communication. Pay dates are promised but never honored—often delayed for months despite repeated follow-ups. Instead, the blame is passed to lawyers when this is obviously just a case of financial mismanagement. The impact: Staff are left unpaid while still being expected to deliver professional lessons. Communication goes cold or turns evasive the moment you inquire about your wages. At the time of writing, thousands of dollars are still owed. My advice to parents and students: Do not commit to long-term financial packages with this company. Please verify whether your educator is being compensated fairly. My advice to tutors: Document every promise and every email. This agency is mismanaged and mistreats the individuals delivering its services.

I am still actively gathering evidence from tutors, staff, and parents, and the number of people coming forward continues to grow. What started as a few payment complaints has developed into a large collection of reports involving unpaid tutor fees, outstanding refunds, delayed payments, and repeated promises that were never fulfilled. The amounts involved range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, with some individuals claiming they have been waiting many months to receive money owed to them. As more people come forward, the pattern appears larger than I initially realised. According to the founder's public LinkedIn profile, the same founder is also associated with Genspace AI. I encourage anyone considering engaging with any business to conduct their own due diligence and research before making financial commitments. I would strongly encourage any parent considering this service or any tutor considering working with this company to exercise caution. Based on the evidence and testimonies I have collected so far, I would not personally recommend becoming involved until all outstanding payment and refund issues have been properly resolved. My purpose in writing this review is to share my experience and the concerns raised by many others who have contacted me regarding outstanding payments and refunds.
TigerCampus has stolen from lots of parents and tutors
TigerCampus owes me 5470 SGD for the classes I've taught. It's practically a scam. They take money from parents but don't pay their tutors. All tutors eventually leave and the parents and students suffer because the classes they paid for get cancelled. TigerCampus offers no replacements or refunds so a lot of parents are owed a lot of money. The cycle continues because they hire new tutors who are unaware that they won't be paid, only for them to leave as well. I personally have been chasing Josh for the 5470 SGD he owes me. It's been horrible messaging him every week for the past eight months. He has made every single excuse to get out of paying. How this happens when parents pay before the classes is beyond me. Extremely unscrupulous and shameless behaviour. They've stolen thousands of dollars from parents and tutors. It's a terrible platform that exploits tutors and steals from parents. The risk of paying for classes and your tutor leaving is too high. Use other platforms.

Dont use this company, he chased me to make the payment and teacher didnt show up. Eventually this company disappeared. Very dangerous.
Refund not made by TigerCampus
I am referring this complaint to Chatharine Heni. They gotten a retainer fees for March 2026 for a replacement of a Biology Tutor to teach form six, no replacement was found, hence a refund was requested. To date, a refund has not been made (4 June 2026). Several follow-ups were made. On 15 May, I wrote to the finance team, but there has been no response as well. (Invoice Ref: RET-08695)

I had a tutor here for Toefl ibt. Before this my score was very low, which was much away from my desired result.The tutor helped me especially in writing and speaking. And the strategy and skill my tutor thought me was definitely effective. Once again great tutor for making me get desired score.
WORST agency ever
I am a tutor working for Tiger Campus, but this agency always delay my tuition fees for months. Have been owing me 4 months tuition fees. Texted management and the person in charge Mr. Josh but always not replying my message and promised to pay on a certain date but didn't make it. They always collect one month advanced tuition fees from the parents and students but got no money to pay the tutors. And there are also many tutors out there experienced the same issue. Worst agency ever!
