No product no response
They said my order was dispatched over a week ago but the tracking shows that nothing has happened. No response to support request emails. Stay away from this company. Companies like this give online shopping bad name.

I don’t think this company deserves even one star. I wish I could give them a O. I saw big, beautiful, sturdy and stackable plastic bins, that seemed perfect for storage advertised on social media. For my $60.95, I received a caricature version of what I paid for. Isn’t there something that could be done to stop fake companies like this from operating and scamming people? I have written several emails asking to return their product for a refund but no response.

Item was Shipped from CHINA and I paid EXTRA for Shipping !

Absolute joke of a company. They only sent one item and not two ! The packaging was damaged and poor quality product which don’t even work. The customer service emails don’t respond to you at all. I’ve sent four emails this week and no response . Stay clear of this website nothing but scammers ! DO NOT BUY !!!!

Placed an order on May 28,2026 for $26.00. On June 1st received an email that said they were processing my order and I would receive an email when it was shipped. It is July 10th and I have received ZERO emails and ZERO responses to my multiple emails to customer service for information or a tracking number. This company is a complete scam. I will never recover my money, nor receive this imaginary product.
