I would give zero stars! They actually blocked my email after I told them I received the Glow in the dark witch cauldron that was figurine instead a porch statue that was advertised to be Atleast 3 feet tall. It arrived broken also. So after paying $47 and waiting a whole month to receive it they offered me $10 for my trouble. I told them it is unacceptable it was a scam. Do not by from TikTrove. It is not as advertised.

I ordered plastic storage bags which were shown an described as strong sturdy bags in America which I paid 60.00 for 5 bags (buy 3 get 2 free) they were very poor quality I tried to return them they sent me an address in South Korea , then they said I was to keep the bags and the most I would be refunded was 18.00 but I never was refunded that amount, so much for their advertised satisfaction guaranteeing would rate them -1I feel I was Scammed by them in a big way .
Pictures grossly misrepresent the product
I ordered two Christmas wreath kits. The pictures show a lovely wreath with leaves, bow streamers, a centerpiece (I ordered snowman and gingerbread man kits). Here is what I actually received: 1. 6 squares of cheap cotton quilted fabric. They are about 5” squares. Definitely not enough fabric to make the pictured item 2. “Detailed” instructions say - cut out leaves. No pattern to trace for all the different sized leaves. 3. No snowman. Gingerbread man was stamped picture on one of the squares. No way to make what is pictured. 4. I did get needles, pins, tiny scissors which I really didn’t need. Would have been better to get fabric to make the wreath, Thread (green) doesn’t match blue fabric, Overall, pictures totally misrepresent what you actually received. Only good news is that I was able to return them. Stay away from this company.

I purchased 3 bottles of Fast-Acting Natural Weed & Grass Killer named (Tree Bamboo Grass) which was supposed to deliver visible results in 7 days. I poured one entire container, undiluted, of this substance on a clump of weeds and seven days later the weeds are as green as ever and still thriving. I contacted customer service to request a refund of the two remaining,unopened containers and they refused to refund my money.

Asked them to send the correct item and sent them a photo of what I ordered and a photo of what was received and they offered a partial refund or I can send it back at my expense. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. Keep saying they have to protect their loss.

Never received my order, but was charged the full amount. Customer service extremely poor...suggested that my order was stolen from my porch or that I should contact my local post office to see if they could locate it....even though Tiktrove (supposedly)used XS Express (another bogus company) for delivery. Tiktrove responded to 1 email & then ignored me. No phone number for the courier & my email was "undeliverable". I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they determined it was a "valid transaction" because Tiktrove provided "documentation" that it had been delivered.....a piece of paper that said it was delivered (no signature or photo). Tiktrove's website says they "guarantee satisfaction" & if you don't receive your order they will resend it or refund payment. That certainly wasn't the case for me. Would never recommend shopping from this online retailer.

They present offers like buy 3 get 5. The delivery happens well over a month after payment and in that moment you realise you have been scammed as you paid for 3 to get 5 but you only get 1. I contacted them immediately, it's been 3 days since, still no answer. These people are low class rats. Never buy from them.
Artic animals quilt kits
I ordered a quilt kit from them, lovely pictures of wildland animals, solid fabric shades of blue and purple. Two of them for $25 each. I got one eight and a half by 11 paper with little tiny instructions, no pattern pieces, fabric that was nothing like in the picture (purple polka dots? Pink flowers?) also got a pair of crummy little tiny children's scissors, a card with little bits of thread, a piece of fur, and tiny eyeballs buttons. If I could submit a picture I would. I'm trying now to return them or get my money back but I'm doubting this will happen. Lesson learned, always check on customer satisfaction before ordering for a company. Never order from these people!

I am only given a one star because I had to put something other wise I would give a zero because of Customer Service. Reason being for almost 2 months I have been trying to get a hold of somebody at customer service with no luck. The phone number they have listed does not exist and when you email the company no one responds. So make sure your address is correct on your order.
