PAYPAL I use to buy online they seem unaware of ALL THE COMPLAINTS this fake company has, they took me for £33.44 on fake dentures or not as disscribed, paypal complaints software seems unable to save my many tried complaints, a NEGATIVE ATTITUDE BY PAYPAL TO MY COMPLAINT, even though I gave them the online company eettsy.com to LOOK AT TRUSTPIOLT, they didn't bother, so I'll be leaving PAYPAL of 20 years, i urge other customers to do likewise as without paypal I wouldn't have bothered buying off these scammers, let down by paypal again the last time. .PS the 1 star is a must to complain on Trustpiolt otherwise they would have got a big fat ZERO they fully deserved..

If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a pair of moissanite earrings. I waited over a month and when I opened the bag, three bent up earrings and one back just fell out. No other bag inside to hold them. I complained that I wanted a full refund because, not only are they NOT moissanite earrings, they are not sterling silver and are just a ghetto metal. They said we paid the shipping and you have the product. We can offer you a $5 refund only. I told them they can’t lie about a product and send you garbage. She told me the only way to get a refund is to pay to send them back to China. Then she sent me an address all in Chinese. I said I can’t print a label in Chinese because I am not Chinese. I said the US post office can’t read it anyway. The final message was have a good life!! TOTAL SCAM ARTIST
What a rip off. I purchased goods from these robbing muppets and when it arrived it was NOTHING like what had been advertised. Ive requested a full refund over 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a response from these shisters
this company should be shut down. I order two large or what appeared on their advertising, ferns. The first time they said package was lost. Then I received a small package with one stick and 4 fern leaves on it!!!! Their photo on their sites shows two large ferns in large pots. Now I cannot get any info back for a refund.
Be careful buying from this company. The product I saw and ordered was NOT what I received. I paid $40.00 for plastic teeth that my child would buy at the dollar store for a buck. They never offered me a refund. They offered me $5.00 for my inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this seller to anyone.
I wish I would have came here first..ordered from them March 6th and NEVER received product.But they sure took my money..sent quite a few emails over the 2 1/2 months since..getting the same standard answer about shipping...shipping doesn't take that long..even from Outer Siberia..lol I guess they think we're all stupid. Lesson learned..thank goodness I didn't lose a ton of money on this. Of course I wrote them a scathing email recently about Karma and their shameful way of doing business..I'm sure they won't give a hoot...but made me feel a little better..did put them on blast on their ad on FB though.

I have waited over 2 months for dentures and still not received them. They say they are busy but is it a scam,I'm beginning to think so.
Eettsy full dentures are totally false advertisement. The video they show, shows a person with these things in their mouth biting into an apple lol. The cheap cardboard box (not the nice case they show) that they arrive in says, not once, but twice that dentures aren't meant for chewing or eating. They have some kind of hard cement looking stuff that comes with them and I would be afraid to put in mouth for fear of getting poisoned. I've requested full refund with them paying all shipping fees, so I will come back to update. What a joke but not a joke if someone chokes or is poisoned by these hunks of plastic that are far too big for anyone's mouth.
Please don't order from this company. They are scammers. They have no customer service phone number they only correspond by email thats they only respond to when they want. They respond 3am because they are China. They stole my money and sent me some fake costume trash. Please be aware of this company
Eettsy is a scam, I ordered a 250 anniversary cowboy style hat… it took a month to receive it.. the hat finally arrived all smashed up, with the logos coming loose on the hat… no resemblance whatsoever of a cowboy hat.. I sent eettsy an email with pictures of the hat asking information on hoe to get a refund. I received an back telling me eettsy will refund my $5.00.. these people have no shame, I would be embarrassed to send out product in the condition this hat was in… and offer a settlement of $5.00? How stupid can you get… I will never ever deal with these people again! Terrible business people!
Terrible....they presented my items in a clear box with accessories making it seem like all was included. I got a cardboard box with cheap plastic items and no directions. What a waste of money!!!!!!

One star might be too high for them. I never received my items. I have contacted them they said to check my address well the address is gave them is correct. Then they said it was on its way. I just keep getting the run around not the item.. Stay away from them
