The only reason I gave a 1 star is so that I can leave my opinion. I ordered the ferns and they are not at all as described. Absolutely ridiculous. I want to return them but haven’t been able to get a response on how to proceed. RP
I placed an order for a set of teeth
I placed an order for a set of teeth. The photo of the teeth looked great and said they had great suction. So I ordered them on Feb 28, 2026. I waited weeks for any kind of information as to when I would receive them with nothing. Finally I received an email telling me that they had been shipped. I kept waiting for them and waiting and waiting. I finally received them on April 17, 2026. To my surprise they were not what I had ordered. They were a cheap plastic piece with these little beads that had to be melted and attached to the plastic. This was definitely not what I ordered. I emailed them and told them that I did not receive the product that I ordered but had received plastic instead. I was asked to send pictures of what I received and so I did. After sending the photos and even a photo of my order. They simply said that I had received what I ordered. When I told them NO I did not. They offered to refund $5 of what I had paid because they said that they had already incurred the product cost and shipping. I told them NO that $5 was not going to cut it since there was a money back guarantee. I would not recommend buying anything from Eettsy. They are not only scamming people, they are using false advertising to get money from people. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Not a trustworthy company. I placed an order over a month ago and did not receive any tracking information until I contacted them about my order. After finally receiving the tracking details, there was still no clear delivery update, and I never received the package. Overall, the communication and service were very poor, and I would not recommend ordering from this seller.

How I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I have to admit that I was taken in by the advertising and didn't think that it was too good to be true. I didn't think either that scams like this could exist in the online market, that everything was checked? Obviously not the case sadly. 0 stars for the 2 month wait and the fact that the item bears no resemblance to the thing that I thought I was buying

This website and there customer service deserve zero star Don't waste your time or money there product is rubbish... there customer service is even more rubbish. I bought a product from them dose not work they take weeks to reply and when they do there is no help at all.. I asked for a full refund and a return label and there response was they incurred the fees for shipping and product already and offered me 8$ refund. I paid for the item plus I paid for shipping so what fee did you occur exactly acting like they sent me the item free of charge. I have to go through my bank to get my money back absolutely ridiculous Don't bother do not buy from them.

if i could give it no stars i would i would not recommend buying from this company at all i ordered the dentures from here and when they came they were made of cheap hard plastic nothing like the product advertised on their site, i reached out to them and asked for a refund and got told that as they were out of pocket they would only offer me small refund of £5.92 out of the £31 they cost with postage despite them saying on the web site satisfaction guaranteed or money back. they did not seem to care about me be loosing money so long as they kept what i had payed

If I could choose zero stars I would! I truly wish I had looked this scammer up before I purchased. If you are considering making a purchase, DON’T! The products are not the photo you see. They are cheap, poorly made, and look like they were purchased at a local Dollar Tree, or worse. The scammer replied to my email, stating that the product was “ just the way our ferns look”, but it not the way the ferns looked in the photo stolen to scam people. I asked for a refund. Ha! I’m going to my credit card company now, to dispute. This scammer should be shut down!

Can’t give zero stars! SCAM COMPANY!!! Do not buy anything from them! Ordered 4 packs of large Boston ferns, only to receive 1 small package containing 4 tiny plastic ferns. Paid £50 for these! Complained by email and asked to send a photo, which I did. The reply came back saying ‘this is what our ferns are like, we suggest you spread them out’. It would be laughable if I hadn’t spent so much money on them. I’m still emailing them. They offered 8 dollars compensation which is absolutely ridiculous. How is this company still operating?? It’s beyond me! Surely something or someone can do something?!

I paid $68 for 4 artificial ferns that looked beautiful on the marketing and said they would "fill 4 pots". What I received was a joke, there were 4 individual branches of a fake fern that looked like I could have gotten them at a local dollar store. They were so cheap and tiny. When I asked about returning them they said "this is what our ferns look like, we suggest you spread them out" and then eventually offered me $5 back. This is not a reputable company at all, I do not recommend buying anything from them.
