Hi a orderd teeth from Tiktrove £28for 2 sets they came in cardboard box and no information on what to do something a put them in hot water like it said on video and they were far to big and very sore they were just plastic so asked for my money back like it said on video if unhappy full refund well that was 2nd of February so they told me keep teeth give u £5 refund no way a didn't want the teeth av sent 12 emails only got reply to first 2 a sent si av now sent 12 emails and not one reply no refund nothing so they have scammed me out of £28 a did ask someone to get in contact with me but nothing so a would stay away as u don't get what u see on video scamers
Avoid at all cost, I bought a weighted sloth from them, which took agaes to arrive & they even marked it as delivered when it was not, They ignore my emails & now today, I recieved from them a Dinosaur, NOT the Sloth I odered & had issues recieving, Do not order from them. I do not recommend, The only reason I gave 1 star is so I can write the review,

Well I ordered the dentures and paid expedited shipping and have not received them. They will not answer any of my attempts to contact them. From the reviews I have read I guess its no loss but I would like my money back. Horrible customer service. I will be contacting the BBB.

Actually wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The dentures are total rubbish! And the will not refund without me paying for the return which they know will probably cost as much. Item doesn’t even resemble the advertised item.

Cheap, like a really bad quality Temu denture, no instructions, not available 24/7 as advertised. I am so disappointed, I couldn’t afford them, but got the money together as my teeth are horrible.

I have sent over 4 emails requesting information to return the item and a full refund and have heard nothing back from them.
I wouldn't give any stars as this company is a real rip off, I orded dentures which cost £23.95 plus p&p included which brought it up to £28.95, well I didn't receive the one I ordered, I got cheap ones which you can get of temu for a few pounds, so I recommend nobody should buy from this site cause you're not going to get what you order.
This company is a total rip off £28•99 i paid buy 1 get 1 free i wish I never bothered they come in a little crappie plastic bag they don't even look like teeth bits missing and when you try to contact them the email address is invalid they are out to take your money and run do not order from them you will be upset
If I could give zero stars I would. The advert portrays a boxed branded denture kit. Reality is it’s a 5” square tatty box from China with THE most awful set of denture moulds and beads. No instructions and not worth the £30 I paid.

They took my money sent me a fake shipping number and now my order link is inactive- this is a scam
So today I received my order- I was never given the correct shipping # but it did come usps but was not showing on my mail delivery notice- but no customer service and not sure about the product…
They are false advertising. The pictures of the dentures and hiw they describe them. Are not at all what you get from them. I wish I could post a picture of the damb crap you. Not the material at all they say they use and not at all the pics or videos of the dentures they show.
