Absolutely useless . Don’t buy . Can’t get your money back even though they said I could . Cost me another £20 to return item . It was tracked so I knew it arrived , but absolutely nothing . Be warned

Customer service a joke
Product nice. Customer service terrible. I ordered 2 lights one was broken in transit emailed the company offered a $12 refund then a $25 refund and then a $40 refund all I want is what I paid for an intact product, their website states they have premium insurance and any damaged items will be replaced, i paid $286 AUS. I would urge people to spend their money on a company that values their customers and has integrity to do the right thing!
Total scam
Total scam! They lead you to believe that you will be able to watch subscription channels for free. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN.
This company tried so hard
This company tried so hard to get me my product yet the post office lost it twice because they tired to resend it to me. Provided the tracking each time a gave excellent customer service. Quickly refunded me when the Sacramento post office lost it the second time. I was really looking forward to that bird necklace.

Hi! I ordered 2 wood carvings, one elk and one wolf, they were both really beautiful, they don’t seem as good quality as I thought, but still nice to look at ✨
Cheap Garbage
The products are advertised as hand crafted and shown as these huge beautiful wooden carvings. The tiny little carving that came in the mail was the size of my palm and definitely not hand crafted. It was very cheap looking and I wish I had never spent the money on it.
