Customer service a joke
Product nice. Customer service terrible. I ordered 2 lights one was broken in transit emailed the company offered a $12 refund then a $25 refund and then a $40 refund all I want is what I paid for an intact product, their website states they have premium insurance and any damaged items will be replaced, i paid $286 AUS. I would urge people to spend their money on a company that values their customers and has integrity to do the right thing!
