Hello Eugene, We are sorry you feel this way about our service, but I can guarantee making multiple spam calls to our customers is not what we do. After reviewing your account, I see that your account manager contacted you back in December when the account was first set up to make sure, the calls were connecting successfully, you were on the right pricing plan and with the correct number of minutes included. After that you only got one additional email letting you know your trial was about to expire and you hadn’t used your free minutes. I see that you logged in multiple times between December and September when you requested your account to be cancelled, which was done within a few minutes of getting your request.
