Hello Tony, We are sorry you feel this way, but I can guarantee this is not what we do. I tried looking for an account with your name and could not locate anything in our system. Maybe there is a misunderstanding, and you set up an account with a different provider or you set up the account under your business name and when creating the account with us there was a typo on your ring to number that is causing the calls to forward to the wrong location.
