Hello Tony, We are sorry you feel this way, but I can guarantee this is not what we do. I tried looking for an account with your name and could not locate anything in our system. Maybe there is a misunderstanding, and you set up an account with a different provider or you set up the account under your business name and when creating the account with us there was a typo on your ring to number that is causing the calls to forward to the wrong location. Please feel free to contact us on our Mexico Toll Free Number 800 681 1861, if there’s an issue with our service we’ll make sure to get it fixed.
