虽然 TooLost 的整体功能很棒（上传、分析等），但支持却很平淡。有很多次，我提出问题只是得到了复制粘贴的回复，但并没有直接解决我的问题。此外，我认为他们的特许权使用费也存在问题。我与另一位经销商合作使用 TooLost 多年。在那些年里，我收到的总支出大约是我通过其他发行商获得的收入的 10%，尽管众多版本的流量和销量相当。我个人认为他们的支付存在问题，不一定是恶意的，但肯定是某个地方出现了错误。
