I just purchased a one month subscription. The main differentiator to other AI tools was the MIDI export feature which is only available when you purchase the product. The result was sobering: only one MIDI track was exportable, the "voice", and that track was not even close to the voice in the song.
To clarify: the lyrics were supplied in full by me. I created 6 versions of the song and selected the one that I found best. Then I exported the MIDI file. The result is as described above. Actually, I had expected to receive MIDI for bass, drums, piano, etc. - In conclusion, the MIDI export feature is useless for me.

I signed up for a simple subscription to get started. The music that it created to my lyrics was more than incredible. However, around 11-15-24, the website was hacked with some virus and my new creations were in foreign languages with lyrics I did not input. I don't know if they can recover from this. So, I had to cancel all my subscriptions.

I just renewed my subscription and found out all the songs I made with my own lyrics have gibberish in them about Sumo.com and this is a fake website.
Yet I have used this before and had no issue.
I have sent an email about errors when it didn't generate and now the gibberish on top.
How do I fix this as I renewed for £18 and it will be wasted if this isn't solved.

Started out great. Then it started glitching out. Produced garbage, one after another. The underlying AI they white label started showing up on the results. Rejected output is supposed to result in a review, but so far, nothing. As a matter of standard, I rarely leave a review, and never want to leave a bad one, but I am so frustrated that I paid all that money, to be led on with initial competency and then to watch it be so bad (in it's output) that I am messed over for wasting the time and money using them.

I am still unsure about this business, I did have an issue cancelling a subscription I did not sign up for, and noticed money coming out of my bank, it was not clear on checkout that I was signing up for a subscription, I thoroughly checked at checkout, so my advice is to also check this if you want a one off charge to try it first. On u subscribing I also find it difficult as you have to confirm from a code sent to your email, which did not come through, based on this I am reluctant to use this again, it seems too much hassle to unsubscribe when other businesses allow you to do this from your account. I have edited this review from 1 star, as I did find it all a bit crafty, which is a shame because I did like one of their features, I will only be sticking g to apps now that I am covered with apple controls.

Random charges(multiple per month) on my bank account and my account doesnt show Ive been subbed. Terrible website without any customer support. Took 15min. Just to find where I can cancel, but it only shows “renew”. Meaning I have no subscription, but am still charged. With no option to stop it.
