Nice idea, needs mobile optimization
The AI logic is fine, but the website isn’t fully optimized for mobile screens yet. Works great on desktop though. I’ll keep using it once they release a proper app or update.
KYC process took than expected
It took me almost 3 days to get my account verified, even though they claim it's instant. Maybe it was due to high volume that week, but still frustrating. Once verified, everthing worked fine though.
Support Didn't meet expectations
The mobile app is fine and very responsive, but when I had an issue with margin calculations, the support team gave me vague answers. For a regulated broker, I expected more professionalism in their responses.

Disappointed with delays
My withdrawal took over a week, and support kept telling me to wait . Eventually it came , but the delay hurt my trust . They need to fix this if they want long term clients .

To complex for new traders
As someone new to trading I felt lost on the platform.the tools are advanced but not beginner friendly without strong knowledge,the tips don't help much.needs simpler guides

Copy trading works, but result vary
I tested the AI copy trading. Some weeks were profitable, others were break-even. It’s a convenient tool, but you still need to manage risk. Don’t expect it to be 100% accurate.

Mixed feelings
The platform runs smoothly and support is polite , but I didn't find Andy's AI analysis as groundbreaking as advertised. Sometimes the signals were helpful, sometimes they were too generic. Good, but not perfect

The platform does what it says
The platform does what it says, but I didn't feel it was much different from other brokers I've tried. AI insights are interested, but they didn't change my results much . Not bad, just average

Frustrating verification process
My account took weeks to verify, with repeated requests for the same documents. By the time it was approved, I had already Looked at ot ger brokers. This needs serious improvement.

Very slow withdrawal
I requested a withdrawal and it took nearly two weeks before the funds showed up. Support kept saying it was processing,but the delay was frustrating. This needs to be fixed if they want long-term trust.

Decent, But Onboarding was a hassle
The Trading part of the platform is fine, and i like the MT5 integration . But the account verification process was slower than i expected. i had to re-upload my ID documents, which delayed my start by several days. Once i got in, everything worked smoothly.

Mobile App is Great, Education Is Lacking
Tradematics offers a great mobile interface very intuitive and responsive. I use it to place trades while commuting. However, there 's not much educational content for beginners.

Decent Platform But Needs More Transparency on Fees
My My experience with Tradematics has been average. The platform itself is functional, and I liked the user interface, especially on xStation. But I was a bit confused by some of the swap fees and found the pricing structure lacking clear breakdowns. Customer support was courteous but slow to resolve my ticket. It’s a decent choice for casual trading, but I would recommend they improve clarity and response time.

Mixed feelings-Good Product,Frustrating Delays
The trading experience on tradematics is okay- nice interface , easy access to forex pairs, and some solid technical tools. But I faced long delays during document approval, and I had to send multiple emails to get updates . If they can fix their back- end and support workflows, I might come back.
