What I received was a 1:34 scale metal car totally different, more like a hotwheel car, already put together and not a model to assemble… no parts to put together and not worth more than $10 or what I ordered… this seller is a scammer… good thing I paid with PayPal… I uploaded pictures and got a refund minutes later…
This company sent me the wrong size and would not do anything about it. After numerous complaints, they offered me six dollars as a credit which was not even remotely fair. This company is a scam. They have no professional ethics, lousy customer service, and no compunction about taking your money because they certainly will not give you a return on an incorrect item
I never received the jewelry case I ordered. They are saying the delivery company said that I refused delivery of the order which is not true. They won't refund me since they haven't received the item back either. Big mistake ordering from them. Beware.
I ordered 2 travel jewelry pouches, and the charge that was processed differed from my receipt by almost $19. I wrote them, and they said they processed a refund for the overage. I have not seen the refund appear on my credit card. The tracking updates I received never showed delivery of the package. I've followed up again, and they said it was delivered. I feel duped and would not recommend anyone purchasing from this vendor.

They charged me $40 for an item I later found on Amazon for $5 each and delivery took 3 weeks shipped from China versus a US warehouse in 3 days...no refund possible.
Do not order from this company! First, I fell for the trap of a good ad on social media for their lipstick. I had no idea the product was shipping from Spain. It took a month of email updates letting me know my lipstick would be here soon. IT NEVER ARRIVED and instead of trying to take care of their customers, they made me file claims and beg for support from them. Seriously?! It's a lipstick, not a diamond ring. They were unwilling to help me or send a replacement as a gesture of good faith. DON'T deal with this company!!!
