Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people experienced frustrating issues with unexpected price increases that occurred right after entering their details during the booking process. Consumer support was widely described as unhelpful and difficult to reach when trying to resolve urgent problems or handle cancellations. Travelers also noted that refund requests were frequently rejected or delayed for months without clear explanations.
Some people were satisfied with lower prices compared to other platforms and fast ticket delivery for their trips. A few customers also mentioned having smooth interactions when their bookings went according to plan without any complications.
I recently purchased a flight ticket with an airport transfer through Traveloka, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The booking process was straightforward and user-friendly. I appreciated the transparency in pricing, as there were no hidden fees, and I could clearly see the breakdown of costs.
The combination of the flight and transfer was a great value for money, saving me the hassle of arranging transportation separately. The airport transfer service was punctual, with a professional and courteous driver who ensured a comfortable journey to my destination.
One thing that stood out was the real-time updates from the Traveloka app, which kept me informed about my flight and transfer details. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could access all the information in one place.
Overall, I had a seamless experience with Traveloka and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable travel solution.
The most comfortable spa place until I fell asleep and didn't feel like it was over. The place is not that big, you have to go back first for the spa. Honestly, the concept is very beautiful! Aesthetic, many photo spots. The sound of the water in the fish pond is really calming. The service was super friendly, kind and their massage was super delicious until I really fell asleep.
So far, the Traveloka application has always accompanied my travels. For me who often travels by train, Traveloka provides convenience in finding affordable train ticket prices and additional discounts are always there.
Purchasing flights on Traveloka is easy and safe.
the explanation is detailed, if you want to refund or reschedule it's also easy. Customer service is also easy to contact and of course there are lots of promotions
Now, it is easier to book hotels and flights for business trips, especially for "unplanned" business trips. Like in September 2024, I suddenly had to go to Makassar to attend a meeting with a client. The office travel application cannot be used for impromptu business trips, because it takes 1x24 hours for approval. The hotel list is also incomplete. Luckily there is Traveloka. The hotel choices are diverse. The room images displayed in the application are in accordance with reality. When i go to Makassar, I chose Novotel Grand Shayla Makassar. The hotel is nice, the food is delicious. The check-in process is also fast. In addition to the rooms displayed in the application being appropriate, payment is also easy if you use the Traveloka application. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 good job Traveloka!

Traveloka simplified our vacation. Last month, my husband and I enjoyed a romantic staycation at The House Tour MidTown Hotel in Bandung. Booking with Traveloka there are many discounts and vouchers, especially as a MAMS member. We reaped multiple benefits!
thanks to Traveloka made our staycation unforgettable. Effortless, Affordable, and Blissful....Highly recommended!"
Traveloka: My Ultimate Travel Buddy Anytime, Anywhere!
As my go-to travel app, Traveloka has been a lifesaver for booking hotels, transportation, and even unique experiences anywhere, anytime. Just last week, I booked a cozy hotel for a short escape to Malang, Indonesia. Honestly, the reviews on the app and the actual experience were spot-on! Plus, Traveloka Explore made it super easy for me to find the perfect stay. Truly, Traveloka makes traveling effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend it! 🚀✨
Booking hotels and Xperiences is very easy with various payment options and promotions. The last time I bought Timezone play voucher on Traveloka, the promotion included a 100% play balance bonus. It's more beneficial to buy via Traveloka than directly at the counter.
Booking Lumire Hotel with Traveloka was so simple. I got best deal, thanks to Payday Sale. The check in process was smooth also. Really helpful everywhere
This time we tried The Drive Thru Park, the newest ride from Jatim Park without having to walk. Just ride the safari e-car provided or you can also use your private car. The place is very spacious. We chose to rode the e-car to explore rides while being given explanations by the driver who was very informative and friendly. We stopped a lot to feed the animals. My daughter had a great time. There is an animal town area with cheerful colors and animal statues. There is also a large playground area available here. There are interesting shows such as LED live shows, cool! There are also many other shows & interactive areas with animals like in an indoor zoo (pelicans, various birds, turtles etc.). We can also take photos with these animals. There is also an area full of beautiful colored lights. We really enjoyed the experience here
It's an extraordinary experience to be able to play on the Jatim Park 3 in Malang City. Ordering tickets is very easy with the Traveloka application without queuing with a practical payment method with various attractive discounts and promotions that are cheaper than the counter. I can order tickets anytime and anywhere
Really loved that there were no sneaky fees at checkout, transparency is key! and having a breakdown of costs upfront adds trust to the process. I would recommend it ❤️
Need a quick reservation at R Hotel Rancamaya, thankfully made it on time. Pretty happy with the seemless booking and the deals they offered, the check in process also went smoothly
The hotel was decent, but the air conditioning wasn’t working well. The staff offered to switch my room, which was appreciated. Overall great booking experience
I always book tickets at Traveloka, because the booking is easy and simple plus there are many payment methods.
I also like the appearance of the Traveloka application which is easy to use.
Finally, I booked a round-trip holiday ticket with my brother from Jakarta to Semarang using the Argo Muria train on August 16, 2024 with the booking code 1170929513, and the results were very satisfying!
Thank you Traveloka!
Although there was an initial delay with my e-ticket, it was eventually issued, and I can confidently confirm that this service is legitimate. The pricing is competitive, and their customer support was highly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Now that the ticket issue is resolved, I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend the service.
Easy booking, great deal, delicious chocolate, fun experience!
Easy booking, great deal, delicious chocolate, fun experience!
I recently bought Desa Cokelat vouchers on Traveloka and it was a sweet deal! The booking process was smooth and easy, and I loved the variety of packages available. What made it even better were the worth-it promos and points I earned, making the experience even more rewarding. Desa Cokelat itself was fantastic, offering a fun and educational chocolate experience for the whole family. From learning about cocoa beans to indulging in delicious treats, it was a memorable day out. Highly recommend grabbing a voucher on Traveloka for your own chocolate adventure!
