Good booking engine for asia flights. They will find options that wont come up on expedia which is useless or even skyscanner which I like. It also takes most euro credit cards which many local asian airlines do not.
It can be hard to change itinerary with an airline when booked through Traveloka but not impossible , getting through to asian airlines is always tricky.
The site is slow from Europe and often times out.
Watch the payment pages as they will automatically sign you up for baggage insurance and hold your credit card details for speedy checkout aka speedy hacking. Easy to opt out once you spot it.
Ive used this site more than 20x and not had any fraud problems.

I used Traveloka for a domestic trip in April 2025, which included flights and hotel. The app was easy to navigate and the ease of booking, makes the process seamless. I will use this app again.

I booked some domestic travel within Indonesia and it was all good without any issues that have been mentioned in some of the other reviews. I booked flights, accommodation and car hire. I tend to shop around and the prices were some of the lowest I could find.

Scam of a company with no sense of responsibility or care for customers.
Accidentally double booked flights due to issues in their app. Flagged these issues and requested a refund via email. Waited 6 weeks with barely any updates before calling the CS and only then they submitted an official refund request. In the end, they rejected the refund and never acknowledged the faults in their app.
Years of booking and shopping online and it's my first time in this situation. Traumatising experience, wish I'd never used Traveloka at all. It would be better to pay some more to book direct with the airlines/hotels or at other travel sites, at least I've never encountered this type of error with them.
Enjoy the money because that's all you'll get out of me. Can't wait to get on my flights and uninstall the app.
Lastly, for anyone who needs to contact the customer service, it's better to call. The email responders aren't very helpful and tend to be repetitive.
Edited: Happy to have received a full refund. -2 stars though for the glitch in app and the long back and forth with the inconsistent email CS.

I've tried to book hotel several times, it didn't work. Random errors on the mobile app, then different cards rejected for no reason. After that tried another app, worked without issues. Won't use it anymore.

I happened to stay here because of the Garmin race and I was looking for one with a swimming pool so I could recover after the race. I reserved an accommodation in Yogyakarta, Indonesia with Traveloka. Which turned out to be considerably cheaper than booking directly offline. When I check in, the process of redeeming vouchers was quick and easy.
Yesterday, I took my two nieces to Kidzoona—one is 3 years old, and the other is 8. I was initially a bit unsure about where to take them that would be fun and suitable for both ages, but I ended up choosing Kidzoona since it’s close to home. When I checked the tickets on Traveloka, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were cheaper! Not only did I save money, but it was also super convenient since I didn’t have to deal with long lines—I just showed the ticket from the app.
When we got to Kidzoona at Mall Panakkukang, the play area was pretty spacious. My younger niece was so excited—she couldn’t stop running around and trying out all the games. On the other hand, my 8-year-old niece seemed a bit bored, as the activities weren’t as suitable for her age. I think it’s more fun for kids under 7.

When traveling to Jogja early last month, I stayed at Ayaartta Hotel Malioboro. And book the hotel via the Traveloka application. It was very convenient, I stayed in the deluxe room type including breakfast & non-smoking room because I brought a small child. Hotel booking becomes more practical and reliable
when I first came to Bali, I already wanted this extreme game and it became my hope when I came back. This Christmas and New Year's holiday, I bought train tickets through the Traveloka app. The purchase was easy, and there were plenty of promotions. For purchases on Traveloka, there's no need to print the tickets; just show the e-boarding pass, and you can board the train directly.
