We bought 2 identical tickets with a friend. But at different agencies. The flight times were changed, so we requested refunds. My friend has already been refunded by another agent and the money has already been credited to his account. But Traveloka is still holding on to my money citing the slow work of the airline. Booking ID 1181795959 UPD: 8 days after leaving a negative review here - refunded my account, so I will correct the rating to 3*. I hope that they will make the refund process more transparent and faster.

It was amazing experience. Staycation in budget hotel, but the view really memorizing from window I got room with window view access to Hong Kong Harbour. Really enjoy staycation in here, and wanna come back again for sure A lot of culinary near in hotel so it’s so worth it

I had so many experience in this resort on Lembang, Bandung! I stayed at Horison Green Forest and there are so many activities for me and my family go vacation here. There is a cafe, playground, huge park, infinity pool with amazing view, restaurant and coffee shop on one area. The air was so refreshing, the view so amazing, there is a river also that means very close to nature. The breakfast is good, I really like the resort so much and i want to recommend this resort to everybody

I stayed two nights at Citilike Hotel Lombok. Perfect hotel if you want to stay in Mataram for cheap. But to be honest the hotel does not offer many facilities. Good location, good staff who are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for you to stay here

i've used traveloka a couple of times, and while i appreciate the selection of hotels and flight options, there are a few areas that could be improved. for instance custumer support took longer than expected to resolve an issue with one eventually help me out, and the app itself is very easy to use. i will continue to use it for my future trip but hope they can improve the response time for custumer service
