I used the Traveloka app to book a surprise trip for my parents from San Francisco to Honolulu recently, and let me tell you, it has been an amazing experience. Finding the right flights and pricing options with this application was much easier as a result of its neat yet simple interface while payment was seamless. When my parents landed at the airport, they got a special welcome note from Traveloka, which was a wonderful surprise for them. Via the “Search by Interest” feature on Traveloka we found out amazing things that only people in Hawaii do, like cultural Hawaiian luau or snorkelling at an untouched coral reef. They truly made sure that this journey would stay with us forever since everything went okay starting from booking till the end! However, I wish there were more alternatives for car rental within the application.” This may serve to ease life for those travelling by allowing them make all their arrangements in one place. For that reason, I would choose Traveloka any day if looking for a custom-made vacation without the stress involved.

Definitely the cheapest travel app
A month ago I booked a flight from Melbourne to Hong Kong using the Traveloka app. It was good to see a travel app that can give you a cheap and affordable price along with the best hotels. I also booked a hotel in Hong Kong using Traveloka and I have no regrets about using this platform. The details about flight and hotel room was very clear and there was no false information in it. I want to use Traveloka again next month from Melbourne to Bali and the price is amazingly cheap. Loved it !

Got a good price for GWK ticket
Good price for flight price, hotel and a destination ticket. It's definitely worth it to try since Traveloka offers a lot of discount, their customer service was fast respond. Overall, I am recommendating Traveloka for your itinerary travel. When I was in Bali 6 days ago, I booked a ticket to GWK ( Garuda Wisnu Kencana) Bali and I was surprised that the price was so affordable. In the locket, we have to pay 150k rupiah. But in Traveloka you could afford it on 120k with a discount. Thanks !

A bit weird experience...
I bought 2 trein tikets for a trip in Japan with Visa card and when the order was paid I got a mail "this kind of Visa is not valid " I try again with another Visa and after paying I got an e mail "this Visa card is not valid we will refund your money" . In fact the money was refund I found another platform where I bought the tikets without any inconvenient with the same Visa card.... I have nothing more to add. The money from both Visa card was refund in few hours..

Refund process didn't meet my expectations.
I personally think that Traveloka did a good job by finding a cheap flight. The problems comes after you book the flight. I really didn't expect this would be happen. I just realized that Traveloka really force us to buy from their place, and then they just throw us away after gaining a profit. I need to cancel my trip and i got a notification to refund, but only with 50% guarantee and it was so slow. So slow that i have to buy a new ticket(in other platform,obviously.)

easy reschedule ticket false advertising
I purchases an easy reschedule ticket. I want to reschedule and traveloka says I have to do it myself. It does not qualify for easy reschedule as advertised. False advertising and a huge hassle to rebook. I am not a fan

What a relief!
Just a few days ago, I used Traveloka to book accomodation in Bali for a holiday in August this year. I clicked send on the payment & had an 'oh s**t' moment about the price being significantly cheaper. I quickly searched Traveloka & came upon this very bad rating on Trust Pilot. I thought my money was as good as gone. I contacted the resort directly straight away & it was confirmed that my booking had be received. This was an absolute relief. Secondly, our child had not been registered as part of the booking & the resort said that we would have to liaise with Traveloka to resolve. Again, I thought given the reviews here, that I would not have any luck. To the contrary, Traveloka customer service via email was almost immediate, there was no language barrier, they were helpful, concise, friendly, professional. So, this review is for the person that maybe questioning their choice to use Traveloka for an accomodation booking. Obviously, we have not fulfilled the upcoming booking but everything looks in perfect order. Phew!

I booked 2 nights in a Hotel in Hobart, it all worked out OK . However on checking my credit card details I was charged extra for an overseas transaction. I did not realise Traveloka are overseas as I booked from Victoria. Reviews elsewhere give very bad ones so I was fortunate
Happy Loyal Customer since 2014
I have been using Traveloka since mid 2015 and really happy with their services. It offers me easy way to compare multiple flights and hotels options. Lately I have been relying on Traveloka to book attractions and also purchase my phone top-up credits. They often run big promotions where I often get really good deals.
