To reassure you, we use a high-density, multi-layered elastic nylon cord that resists moisture and holds up to daily stretching much better than standard cotton threads. As for the fit, this item is a single, unified 3-in-1 wrap bracelet where the cloth cord and beaded strands are fully integrated to fit wrist sizes from 16–19 cm snugly. We know every wrist is unique, though, and appreciate your feedback.
