The ring turned out perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was excellent! The ring was the wrong size and they immediately corrected the issue, sent me a new ring at no charge, and they just communicated so quickly and I could tell the truly care:) Great business!

The product is great. However the size wasn't the same as other shorts that I have purchased. Gave them to my son who's a little bit smaller than me.

The shipping was later than expected. It arrived 2 days AFTER my boyfriend's birthday which was disappointing. However, their customer service made up for it. You can reply directly to their confirmation email and a real person responds. They even emailed me when it arrived and made sure I knew it was there. We were on our way back from a camping trip so I had someone grab it from the mailbox and meet me with it since I was with him. it was to out so I couldn't checked quality. at that point I was frustrated and just gave it to him. whatever. maybe had it arrived in the 6-8 days like it said.... the experience would have been what I wanted. in this case though, It was not a good moment. so purchase at your own risk and expect their 6-8 days thing to be a fabrication.
