OTP CODE

I was unable to receive my refund for a long time because the OTP code that was sent to me kept being incorrect. Unfortunately, there seem to be multiple issues with the company’s service system. Customer Service is Awesome!

It was a pleasure dealing with an impressive customer support team. Jennleigh managed to resolve my problem in a reasonable amount of time given the circumstances. I had made a basic error in transferring crypto tokens. So. It was essentially a "me problem". Thanks to Jennleigh and the Triple-A team.
