This is the worst company and horrible customer service. I waited months to get product and when the skirt arrived the zipper was faulty and quality was not good. After contacting customer service they finally offered $4 to fix a zipper. I asked numerous times for a refund and was told they could not absorb the return shipping cost. Worst customer service! I feel so stupid ordering from this shady company. Don’t do it! Zero stars is what they deserve. This is a SCAM !
I ordered two dresses back in February 2024. Never receivd until April 2024. The dresses are the worst quality. Horribly made. Waste of money. Customer service is horrible too. Only willing to give a $14 refund of an $80 order. I have written to the influencer who promoted the product.
First off I want to advise that this is the Trixiedress from China not Canada. It's the one that keeps showing up in social media ads Ordered a very chic looking poncho from them and got a poncho that looked like someone's first knitting attempt. And they keep deleting any negative comments.
Received item very nice, however wife did not want. Contacted Trixiedress with the time period for returns, and have not received one word back. still trying to return item
ZERO STARS. The garment I received was a piece of crap. My Miss Beasley halloween costume circa 1977 was better quality. They would only refund me $10. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT purchase ONE thing from them.
Quality is a lie! Don’t waste your money. Spend over 300 dollars on 6 ponchos that were suppose to be dressier. Total and complete garbage. I am hoping to return for full refund. I emailed company and sent pictures. Pilling. Holes. Literally will fall apart. Quality is garbage. Seen better stuff at local dollar store. There is no way to reach the company and products never arrived after I paid for expedited shipping. Like everyone else on here, I wish I had found these reviews before I shopped. I will never shop from this website again and urge others not to.
I would give it no stars if I could. Can’t even comment on the quality as I’ve received nothing despite paying for fast shipping. It’s impossible to get hold of anyone from the company. Also impossible to get any tracking information. Like others, I feel like an idiot for ordering from this company. Don’t bother.
I will try and contact PayPal and see if I can get my money back. Just avoid all together.
Same story as all the other people on here, wish id checked here before ordering. Took a month for 2 out of the three items to arrive, 6 weeks later the 3rd stil hasnt arrived. The items are SUCH poor quality, i honestly wouldnt pay £1 on a market stall for them, they look tacky and awful. When i emailed for a full refund of $100.80 they offered me $10 and to keep the items. I replied saying no thanks, asked for full refund and theyve come back saying ok but i have to pay shipping back to china which estimated cost is between $20-$60!! Such a scam, im fuming. Ive opened a case with Paypal so am hoping to get a full refund, but yeah please dont be fooled by the markeing, total scam.
I placed an order in April and it still hadn’t shipped a month later. I emailed them and they responded and said it would ship soon. Two weeks later (6 weeks at that point), it still hadn’t shipped so I filed a dispute with PayPal and got a refund. Do not do business with this company! Also, check out how long their Fb page has been active; it now says it’s only been in existence since this month, so it seems they keep changing their name and trying to scam people. You’ve been warned!

Really late delivery, when item came was nothing like the photo! Such bad quality and really tacky looking… so disappointing and won’t let me return item? Or give me a refund! Do not shop on trixie dresses!!
