Arrived late and broken…
The item ordered took almost 2 months to arrive. All attempts to contact Trovehand went unanswered. It was finally delivered yesterday in a crushed box totally broken to pieces. Stay clear of this company!!!!

No Response to Multiple Contact Attempts, Refused to Honor Return Policy…
I ordered an item back on July 13th and it arrived August 17th, not matching the advertised description, significantly smaller and different in overall look/finish than what was shown at the time of purchase. Because of this, I left it unopened and unassembled in its original packaging, exactly as it should be for a straightforward return. What should have been a simple resolution turned into a frustrating, one-sided effort. I reached out on August 17th and then five separate times over 5 days, plus 3 messages through their website contact form, requesting a return label, return address, and refund instructions. I received zero response through any channel. This isn't a case of a product simply not working out, it's a company that appears to have no functioning customer service process, or one that intentionally ignores refund requests hoping customers give up. I was clear, professional, and patient throughout, and was met with total silence. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If you do, be prepared that if anything goes wrong, you may be entirely on your own with no way to reach a real person. I'm now proceeding with a credit card chargeback and a BBB complaint, which should not have been necessary for what started as a simple return request.

The wreath I received doesn’t look anything like the one pictured on line. For the price Of 40$ it is much smaller looks cheap. Shouldn’t cost more than 5$. Not even Dollar store quality. This company is a scam. They say you can return but only if it’s defective or wrong order sent. Learned my lesson. Don’t ever buy from Trovehand! They have terrible reviews.

I placed an order for 2 Pumpkin Moon Garden stake lights on July 13, 2026. On July 15, they said my order is on its way. It is now August 20 and nothing. I sent numerous emails to the company and no response. the tracking number is not recognized.

I ordered a Portable SSD Device with advertised 16 TB of memory/Storage. The devise is defective and is already full of information. I am unable to use it. I wrote the customer service desk twice and have not heard anything back! NO refund offer or return label! Very poor service.

I ordered some capris in June and never received them. I have emailed them numerous times and never received a reply or my order. When I try go to their website it is all in Chinese! Not a single word in English. I will dispute this order. Do not order from this company.
Not a trusted official site
Not a trusted official site, return address is a police museum and not actual return address. So if they say their return address is 320 s HWY 101, Rockaway Beach, OR 97136 it’s a legit scam. They keep the package circulating causing the refund to never happen as the package cannot be delivered to the original shipper.
One star is too much
One star is too much. I lost my son July 4,2026.. I ordered my two granddaughters cardinal bracelets to wear in remembrance of their Dads presence. Over 50$! I have not received them and keep getting false hope from this company. I’m on a fixed income and I feel scammed with a so called company here in USA. Their emails promise delivery and false hope. I would give this company NO STAR if it had been an option. I have repeatedly requested information from Trovehand on how to return items. I also requested a shipping label to send clothing items back to them. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Stay clear of this company as they have absolutely no quality customer service. Don’t buy anything from them it is a scam They send fake tracking numbers and never give any response I filed a complaint with PayPal my case got denied as they they provide false information to PayPal, I’m contacting a lawyer to get my money back and to close those scammers Never buy anything from them and tell everyone of those scammers the only way to stop them is spreading out the word Update!!! I got a full refund now this scam artist can deal with the laws, found guilty of fraudulent transactions, submitting false statements and Documents this dude will be out of business very soon, trovehand has been red flag on several social platforms, if you see them back report them asap, those people change domain name going from dot com to dot org and so on they use fake website ai generated and links, you will get tracking numbers created by them and their maleware program, you won’t receive anything and they will update your tracking number as delivered to an individual person, save that info as you can use that again them, but better don’t buy from them and report them
PUMPKIN MOON GARDEN STAKE LIGHT
I ordered the pumpkin moon garden stake light, never received an update from the status of the order, never replied to the 2 emails I sent asking for the status, finally arrived today after waiting for 22 days. Muchhhh smaller than advertised. The quality of the item is cheap. I recommend not to buy from this company.

I ordered a dragon amber solar outdoor light on July 5 they said it shipped on July 12 2026 today is July 25th 2026 and after several email to them I still haven’t received anything except for a bogus tracking number. Today I call and filed a dispute with my bank and advised them of this being fraudulent

Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE ordering. Plants sent were less than a quarter size of those shown in their advertisements. After 2 months they are almost bleached out. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
Dragon's blood tree artificial plants advertised vs what you get is false advertising!
I finally received my package (which had the fake stems sticking out of the plastic package & bent). I have to say I am really disappointed. Firstly, the artificial fern & dragon's blood tree plants are skimpy, not full at all like their images on their website & the are not even as tall as stated they would be. The coloring is way lighter than than their website images and not the dark blood tree color as advertised. Their images make one of these plants seem like they would fill it up a good size porch patio flower pot nicely. What I received is a skimpy little twig like stem with some leaves on it. Not what I was expecting. Their images show lush, full, rich color, tall enough for deep pots artificial plants & that is not what I received. I will not be ordering anything else from them again. What you get is lack of quality and really deceiving. My dollar store has better quality!
Trovehand Dragon's Blood Tree Plants
Their on-line Facebook video shows these big beautiful "Dragon's Blood Tree faux Plants" to decorate your home or garden with. Ordered two for a total of $40.98. I could have done better in my local Dollar Store. The product appeared to be at least half the size their video showed and was VERY cheaply made. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This product is a TOTAL RIPOFF! Shame on me for buying it!

I ordered 4 (four) 16TB SSD drives and they do not work properly. The files that I copied onto the drives do not play back correctly and says my files are corrupted. One of the drives properties says it is 128MB instead of 16TB. I am going to ship them back for a refund if they will contact me with the correct address, otherwise I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute to get my money refunded. Don't buy these 16TB SSD drives. They are no good!
