Scammed me into a subscription and was really difficult to cancel. I had to followup on email multiple times over the course of a couple weeks

I would leave zero stars. Ordered on July 13th. Trovehand never shipped my order and has not responded to any of my emails. I am out $90.00 They should be shut down. Scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
They did not correctly post item and wont refund or resend
After waiting two months for delivery, they sent me USPS tracking that clearly says not enough postage was used so item wont be delivered. They then stopped responding to emails. Paypal also sucks trying to resolve this.

Terrible customer service I received my product but they put me on a subscription once a month. I emailed numerous of times to cancel my subscription. No response don't buy from this company.
Horrible experience - over charged - never received order
Horrible experience! I never received my order and was signed up for a subscription I did not agree to. I noticed the subscription the day of purchase and reached out to the company right away. Over the last month, I have sent several emails with zero response and I still don't have the item I ordered. However, I received an email today from the same email address I have been emailing, telling me my subscription payment will be coming out soon.... horrible customer service and lack of follow through! NEVER purchase from this company!

JUNK QUALITY
JUNK QUALITY, Terrible Cust Serv, just ignores requested correspondence! I ordered 2 cat globes, 1 hummingbird globe (both cheap looking and not as impressive as the photos) and 2 of the supposedly full looking 'branches'. The branches are a total joke. You can buy one of these branches at the dollar store. Shame on you Trovehand for embellishing the photos as you've done. Guys, these 'branches' are super thin and cheap looking. Don't waste your money on this site. No wonder they don't have a direct review linked to their website advertising! I wasted close to $100 here.

I ordered the charger big tech hates 4 port quick charge 3.0, aI performance boost which Trovehand advertised it can charge the cell phone in 11 min. For 1 month I don't receive my order and several time contact with customer service number with no response. After that I report to paypal and get the refund. 3days later I receive the charger and put it in my cell still have 20% power and it shows to complete charge take 2hrs35 min. I want to return it but there is no return procedure. Trovehand is a scam company

If I could give them a zero, I would. I ordered four fast chargers with four ports for me and my son. When I got it in, finally, I plugged my phone in and it literally said slow charging.. I tried different phones on the different ports on that one charger and it was all the same. I requested a refund and they said they would only give me 20 bucks or I had to send everything back to China at my own cost for full refund. Total scam
