Ordered 4 pairs of shorts all same style different colors - 3 arrived and only 1 fit...$100 later I got one pari of shorts and I can't return anything or let them know the other pair never arrived because the arrived after the possible return date...
Stop- don’t buy anything from Trovehand - cargo pants. They are not what websites states. Quality of products doesn’t match what they show. Horrible company that is based really in China. Takes your money / but delivers if you do get it many weeks later. Had a fraud bank dispute put out to them. That’s when they finally responded to my emails. They want you to pay for return and then they will decide upon receipt if they will issue a refund. They are a scam, save your money don’t purchase from them!
The item I ordered looked nothing like the advertised one. Ive been trying to return it now for weeks. The customer service is non existent. Beyond terrible. Dont bother buying from them. Total waste of $$
I purchased Ti plants on 5/13. When I had not received them by 6/2 I emailed them saying that I have not received the order. They emailed me back 6/2 saying sorry for the delay and that it is in route and I should receive it soon. On 621 I emailed them back saying I still had not received it and cancel my order. They emailed me back asking for me to check as they stated it was delivered on 6/4. I emailed them back 6/23, after checking the mail again and once again, told them it was not delivered. They emailed me back they same day showing that there was a delivery on 6/4 showing my city and ZIP Code, but not showing my address. I emailed them back stating that their proof of delivery only showed the city and ZIP Code but not my address. They emailed me the tracking number and told me to check with the Post Office and give them the tracking number. After speaking with the Post Office, the post office confirmed that that tracking number had been delivered,BUT NOT TO MY ADDRESS. At this point, having already told them that their information did not have my address on it, just the city and ZIP Code I am contacting my credit card company and canceling the charge. They should’ve been able to see on their end that it did not get delivered to my address as my email stated my address in it when I brought it to their attention. Be aware of this company. Check out the reviews and that they are rated poorly on other websites.
Mother's day sale! Bought my mom and wife a birdhouse. 6 weeks later and I still have zero birdhouses but a "suspect" tracking number, with no update on Shopify. Buyer BEWARE.
I ordered artificial flowers May 14. Supposedly they shipped May 21. It is now June 17 and no flowers. Its say track order with SHOP but all SHOP does it try to sell you more. I sent numerous request to Trovehand but no response. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered an artificial plant. They sent me one leaf off the plant and now they won’t respond. False advertisement!
