Hello! Thank you for your review. These new bottles include an "airless" mechanism that was specially chosen to offer you a better experience: perfect dosing, no dripping, ability to dose harder and softer consistencies, dosing of the entire content of the bottle with less residue left, and more hygienic because only the necessary dose is in contact with the environment. You might find that it takes quite a lot of pushing before the first dose comes out. But if you wish you can contact our Customer Service for replacement. Thank you for loving Truth!
